Synopsis

The protagonist, Yuuji Inaka, was ran over by a truck because his awareness was dulled from overworking. "Ah, with this I don't have to work so much anymore. I want to spend my next life leisurely..." was the wish Yuuji blurted out. He met God and it was decided he will be reincarnated in the countryside in another world. He then became Alfred Slowlet, the 2nd son of a countryside noble. Now, will he really be able to enjoy and leisurely spend his slow life in the countryside as he wished?

This isn't one of those isekai's where the main character goes on a grand adventure, rescues a gaggle of beautiful girl to build a harem, or slay mythical beast and beats up horrible people. This is a series where our main character, Al, chills in his countryside hometown with his friends and family and that's enough. The characters are all likeable and their interactions are really entertaining. I recommend reading this series if you're just looking to vibe with a laid back mc.

Additional info. The arts pretty solid in the series. Chapters are overall pretty episodic with some arcs when Al leaves his village to ...

I was interested and held hope it would get better after maybe 15 chapters, but no it gets worse the further you go.

The main and basically only reason I dropped it is the abusive sister act that happens every time she shows up regardless of the mc's actions.

That and mc being a serious push over, the story up to ch 27(stopped here) is mostly mc being blatantly stolen from, the sword practice just being for mc to be physically abused, and mc trying to get them back with harmless pranks always turn into him pleading for forgiveness or just giving up instantly and being ...

This is an example of a good idea of isekai done wrong. It could have easily been a second Honzuki no Gekokujou, and it would have been good. It resembles it quite a lot, but it has one major flaw: the characters.

They're so bland, so poorly written, and so amazingly bad. The protagonist, a literal baby that's 3 years old, goes out on his own without anyone taking care of him, speaks perfectly, invents spaghetti , reads books and does magic tricks and no one is bothered by it at all. Sure, his father says to a villager that he's "quite weird", but ...
