That's...really funny. This manga literally bashed by readers. Somebody couldn't handle the fact that a grown man turning a little girl as his friends child after his death.
Yeah yeah i know. It leaves a sour taste in the mouth. But you CAN'T give a 4 or 5 because of this. That's just the plot story and it's not even that bad. For the God's sake, this website gave a 9 to a story about titans eating humans and made it's manga the most popular in the world.

so it was good in the beginning the middle and end my main problem is that it felt like it ended out of know where out of the blue I know there could have been way more to it many there will be a second part if not I don't get it it was picking up momentum why stop when it felt like it was just getting started it ending so early left a bad taste in my mouth and kinda ruins it for me like the art is good the story is above average for a reincarnation mangs but it ends too soon and

Kaburaki Haruka is an interesing author. I've read all 3 of their stories avaiable in English (Hakai me no Yuuri, Half-Dragon Slave Life and this one) and this is the best one.
Characters have reasonable motivations, the world is sufficiently built (it's the same world in all 3 stories but you don't have to read either of them to "get it") and plot progression is good. Not great, mind you, but each story beat ranges from 1 to 3 ch at a 1-arc per volume ratio - which is the standard for LN adaptations.
