The manga 'I'm a NEET but when I went to Hello Work I got taken to another world' starts out as a typical Isakai one. Even the MC states that it seems like an Isakai anime to him, until he realizes it is all real. As for the girls, he not only gets the girls, but he seals the deal kind of thing by sleeping with them... no wishy-washy, will they won't they type of thing.. it is all down to business.

the rabbits. He is then labeled, the 'Rabbit hunter' With his new found "fame", he slowly starts to actually build a harem. Each new girl he gets is quite ok with him going out with another one.. and eventually his flock of girls turns into 4, including his newly acquired slave beast girl.

The skills system in this world, at least to him, can be reset and re-allocated at any time. This is what he calls his cheat. Other then that, there is some world building but the major focus is on Yamano and how he gets the girls. He uses a lot of his knowledge of his world to help himself but nothing is OP (he is not a science or engineer major or anything).
The graphics are standard to an average manga but there is more detail in the fights and the ecchi side is subdued so it can be called a 14+ manga.
With the series rated as an Action, comedy, fantasy, romance harem one, you should see all these things in abundance, so you know that to expect in a typical Isakai harem story.
