My review of this will be brief

The premise of the manga was very interesting. However, I feel like it should not have been restricted to 6 chapters. The story felt very undeveloped and rushed at some parts, due to its short length. If there were more chapters, I feel like the underlying story would have been more fleshed out, and worth the read. However, the story itself was a very unique and interesting story, and the main two characters are unique, though they lack depth. Mixed Feelings
Gesshoku Kitan, despite its interesting premise, fails to deliver a truly captivating story due to its horrific pacing.

It is a delight to see unconventional, and dark and gritty BL stories and it is a shame that Gesshoku Kitan did not have the time to develop its mystery and characters. The characters are all rushed to fulfil their roles, leaving no room for the reader to get to know them. Since it is difficult to connect with the characters, the climactic scenes (which are primarily focused on the characters) feel flatter than they should be.
