Both stories focuses on 2 girls that are polar opposites becoming friends as well as their day to day adventures and nice art as well too. 

Stitch! and Satoko and Nada are both comedy manga series about two characters from entirely other cultures/worlds from each other meeting, which quickly becomes the start of a new and probably otherwise unlikely friendship. Although random activities and funny moments are the focus of both series, there is also a large emphasis on learning about each others' cultures, with a bit of Japanese culture being featured in both (this is more the focus in Stitch!, as Satoko and Nada is also heavily centered around the religion of Islam). 

Satoko and Nada and Lucky Star are two manga that revolves around the daily life of several girls and whatever little thing they happen to be talking about. Pretty much all the chapters consist of single episodic 4-koma style pages, so these are good picks for those looking for a fast and chill read. There are also several anime references (especially in Lucky Star) that the average person might not get if they don't know anything about anime, though Satoko and Nada also adds in edutainment in the form of fun facts about other cultures. 

Both are stories about interraction and relationship between a Japanese person and a foreign person of different nationality.
