After reading through most of the most popular yaoi manga series out there, it makes me sad that this one is so obscure.
The story is a copy of Junjou Romantica. I mean, one of the parties writes erotic fiction and the other is a teenager helping him with housework, for crying out loud. I know this would make anyone else give the story a low score, since it's knocking off the most popular series of its kind, but this changes up a few things which people hate about Junjou. Here, Kotaro, the uke who's 10 years younger than the seme (Ayumi), is the
one who initiates the relationship, rather than the seme basically raping the uke in the beginning.
The plot isn't exactly complicated, the adolescent Kotaro gets help from Ayumi so he can start his adult life, while Kotaro helps Ayumi with housework and overall tries to cheer him up. Also, they fffff- sleep together. Meanwhile, there's Rape-san (sorry, I meant Kyujo) who tries to take Kotaro away from Ayumi, whether he likes it or not. I guess yaoi can't possibly exist without a rapist character.
Usa- I mean Ayumi is incapable of living on his own, and an emo. Misa- I mean Kotaro is a shota. Rape-san wants to rape anyone who resists and is uninterested in anyone who doesn't. Yes, this deserves 9 points in my opinion. My standards are low when it comes to yaoi.
It doesn't burn out my eyes, which puts it above most yaoi manga I've seen. Therefore, 10.
Seriously though, the faces of characters are well detailed, which made me surprised. And... um... it doesn't burn out my eyes?
Humourous, sometimes dramatic, exciting, and, well, yaoi.
