Both stories revolve around criminal organizations, sport dark and quirky humor and have a capable female lead who becomes the target of obsessive love for a creepy, always-smiling crazy-ass male lead. Sinister and cute.

both have a similar theme, spy x family being family, and love to kills being... well love. Both have action pact scenes. I would say that Love to kill focuses more in the action rather than the theme tho.

Love of Kill (Koroshi Ai) has nothing at all in common with Fullmetal Alchemist EXCEPT that the two protagonists are basically alternate-universe Mustang and Hawkeye. So if you ship Roy and Riza, give Love of Kill a try.

Similar vibes to them with the enemies to lovers trobe or star crossed lovers.... If you liked Koroshi Ai and looking for something similar, this arrested love manga will fill the void 😂

Both stories are psychological semi-romances with criminals for main characters. Sachi-iro no One Room is about a girl and her kidnapper, and their unlikely story which leads to codependency and struggling to stay together. Koroshi Ai focuses on a female bounty hunter who gains a murderous admirer/stalker who seems to know a lot about her past. Both are highly entertaining if you're into more mature, thought-provoking romances.

Both have action, a little bit of romance, suspence... Koroshi Ai is kinda of a mature version of Yozakura family...
