Both series have a very similar premise: An average boy accidentally finds himself in a very unusual setting among people who use parts of their own body (blood, tattoos) to fight bloody battles and ends up not only joining their ranks but possessing skill beyond anyone's expectations.

Both have a large amount of nudity in it. (but I think Ikkitousen's way better on the ecchi parts) Both stoires are about rich, famous, schools fighting to stay alive.

Both involve extremely disgusting monsters and gore

Both, from what I've read are a lot a like. There both about a rich, famous school on the outside, but its true apearance is the students are all fighting to stay alive.

a boy is forced to battle, at the beggining he is weak, then he suddenly gets a gigantic amount of power, tried to control it at first, but the power comsumes them, then the one they love turns them back :) sweet

Girls with weapons, fighting for the person they love. More action than romance, so it seem. And don't forget about the gory element added in.

A guy ends up in a strange school that is full of monsters that fight against each other. The guy falls in love and in order to protect her he becomes one of them and try to become stronger.

both of them are about a main character who was weak to begin with but end up with the greatest power

Both female mains are somewhat serious but have thier 'cute' moments. Both female mains are required to protect a certain someone, that someone being the person they love. Both manga are fairly short and a quick read. While Itokoi Chidori is more heavy in the sex scenes, Yakuza Girl is more heavy in gore and violence. Both are plenty heavy in ecchi/nudity.

Blood, violence, sex, and boobs. GANTZ is the more pessimistic of the two by a long shot, but if you're in it for the fighting and fanservice, well there you go.

both of them deal with yakuza and girls...but thts where the similarity ends

Protagonist starts off as a "newbie" but has latent god-like powers. He then wants to get involved with a mysterious, quiet, prodigy of a beauty which subsequently drags him into a dark plot that involves the school they go to, although the school aspect of the manga is seldom shown. The girl eventually gets interested in the protagonist's honest personality. There is ecchi involved in both.

These two serialisations both feature an absurd mix of action and sex. Plot, characters, and everything else take the backseat.
