Very similar art and story presentation style. Similar character interactions too. But it's no wonder, since these mangas are by the same author. If you enjoyed either of those two - you will definitely like the other one. Give it a try.

Alice-san Chi no Iroribata and Neko no Otera no Chion-san are both amazing manga in the SoL medium offering truly exquisite presentations in such blissful situations. Honestly, the manga doesn't give off a lot in terms of character development and yada yada, but I truly believe that regardless, such are very close to masterpiece quality in the goldy execution. Simply nothing can outmatch, at least, from what I know of and the specific category they fall into. Whilst, as of this (useless?) recommendation, one story is not completed, I do believe that it will follow up accordingly, which seems to be a strong sense of some implicit romance as well as just a general overload of wholesome moments. I don't know anyone who'd say no to that. read more 

Although in Neko no Otera the relationship between people and cats are sidelined compared to She and Her Cat, both give a really heartfelt story as they are excellent in what they try to present. Simplicity on the side of Neko on Otera, a little dramatic on She and Her Cat side. Both are good romance manga that are very fast to read. Inoffensive, simple, no real reason to hate these two. 

Similar focus on cats with an artstyle that focuses on facial expression and reactions, though more so with Ito's work. Yon & Mu is more of a slice-of-life that focuses explictly on cats, while Chion-san is a romance that prominently features cats. 

Cats and their humans choppin' it up in the countryside. It doesn't get any better than this.
