A Wish of My Sister is the prototype manga for Aki Sora. It's by the same mangaka, published a couple years earlier, and you can clearly see the author testing out the ideas and even the artwork that would later turn into Aki Sora.

The big difference is that where Aki Sora had enough plot to get itself published in a Seinen magazine, A Wish of My Sister is pure Hentai.
