Alright, let me tell you, if you're into those second-chance stories and you're tired of the same old "monsters from another dimension/world" trope, this manhwa is going to blow your mind. It's my first dive into a zombie apocalypse setting, and honestly, it's so refreshing. Most manhwas I've read don't even come close to delivering the story as well as this one does.

The Time Travel Twist ⏳: So, the main character (MC) goes back in time, right? But here's the kicker—no game-like superpowers! That's right, no over-the-top cheats, just pure brains and strategy. That alone sets this story apart. We get to see how he ... prepares for the apocalypse, and let me tell you, it's perfect. It’s all wrapped up in one chapter—not too short, not too long—just right. I found myself thinking, "Damn, this guy REALLY prepared," and I didn’t have to scroll through dozens of chapters to get there.

Kingdom-Building Vibes 🏰: If you love those community-building or kingdom-building settings, this one’s for you. The MC is at the center of it all, leading survivors not just against zombies, but against other humans too. You can definitely call him a hero villain, but let's be real—that's exactly what it takes to be a leader in this messed-up world.

This manhwa is a hidden gem. The story, the characters, the tension—it’s all just chef’s kiss 👌. If you're looking for something different, something that's going to keep you on the edge of your seat, 10/10 would recommend. Don't sleep on this one, seriously.

this manhwa was going so good but the author just got bored of it or didn’t had any ideas left for it and had such a fake ending disappointing, and the author forgot to complete the second story of this manhwa with sweeper.

the character's are very interesting and have good looks the MC back story is meh,
some characters will die some will die stupid ways, and some are saved by the plot

overall the manhwa it had a good story till New Zealand part where it ended i will still recomend it for people who love zombie type.

What do you expect from a manga that, quite literally, completely forgets its main female love interest? Yeah... that actually happened here up until the very end the author never ever remembered her. This is, ultimately, food junk reading for those who want a zombie survival story and ran out of stuff to read or want a light binge.

The main character has returned to the past with his memories intact of a future zombie apocalypse up until the point he died. He starts preparing in various ways for the eventual global outbreak. This portion of the manga is interesting and it remains reasonably interesting for ... the early portions but begins to become lower quality with questionable direction not too far into the story. It doesn't get outright awful but like I said it isn't good, either. There are questionable deaths done in a way that feels forced to make the story feel gritty real and harsh and while some of them might be acceptable because of the obvious story context the handling of too many certain types of characters and how they were handled raise suspicions of poor writing and as mostly fluff. I wont say more to avoid heavily spoilers regarding this but the impact is mostly quite low and just "uh... wow, lame".

The story really kind of moves to very middling territory a bit over half way through but gets a little better at the end, notably with a certain totally random but excellent side arc for two characters including a suddenly new introduced buff lady who is probably the most likable character in the story and her side relationship with a side major character.

The final ending is a total failure, however. It comes off as the worst implementation I've seen of this trope, a trope I'm totally fine with but was poorly handled here and is the reason for the zombie Apocalypse, main character's regression, and the ending solution. You probably wont care too much at that point and just be glad its over and move on from this so-so experience.

**Notable SPOILER for some, but really not a big deal and something you should accept if you want to remotely enjoy the story despite one of its biggest flaws.**

Characters range from bad to decent. Some are interesting while some, such as the main character, are not that great. Then there are some like the main female romantic interest, Linda, and the actual romantic conclusion whom I wont ruin that are totally what the actual heck was the writer thinking here? Put simply without spoiling the juicy details there is the final romantic interest who is a likable character but written as if she will never be more than a minor side character and may very well die at some point but grows into a more competent but still very much side unlikely to succeed romantic interest. She is there the longest. Then there is the romantic interest who is clearly deemed the primary romantic interest, whom I do not personally care much for, but is literally a prophet due to major back story stuff I wont spoil who actually acts on her actually accurate prophecies and is supposed to eventually become the lover of the main character. Well... the author actually forgot she existed for about last 1/3rd of the story. She shows up to support world building lore by mostly just name and is very much alive and in their camp but she never shows much reaction towards the romantic failed situation and aside from her name being mentioned twice at the end in explaining the main plot she never shows up again and has absolutely, literally, zero conclusion to her life or anything about her but we know she is alive and with the group. This is, ironically, despite having actually spent many lives with the main character due to the way her prophecy power works... It is all very strange.

Ending is okay if you dismiss its clear shortcomings and loose ends.
