| Indeed this episode was really good, nice to watch the Fullmetal and Flame clash. And Scar finally makes his move uh? I gotta say, even though I've watched Brotherhood, this series still as a lot of entertainment and interest values. |

| I love the part where Mustang is like... "I LOVE DOGS." Because I was totally expecting him to get angry. XD Also Al should have kept the kitty, it was so cute and helpless. ;_; |

| edward's mimicking of Roy made me laugh. saddest part of the story was when they left the cat. ( Is it just me or was there a symbolism? like, dog=loyalty,obedience and cats = i go my own way. it kinda tells me that when you're ready to be obedient and loyal to the degree roy mustang likes, there will be someone to welcome you. But when you're like the cat, free and all, life's gonna be tough. Kinda like the elric brothers. or is it just me thinking hard about this episode's "symbolism? " ) |

| That kitty was cute! And omg, the look on that puppy's face after Lt. Hawkeye shot bulletholes all around it for peeing on the floor! Lmao! :P Kind of a silly episode, but cool too. I wonder who that woman was that Edward was staring at behind the Fuhrer? -- 4/5 |
| Episode of a certain thickness, the whole story is interesting, the plot focuses on the main story, but there is also room for the subplot related to Ed and Alphonse. Fun and seriousness well mixed together, pleased with the outcome. You start to get serious. Hooray! :D |

| Turning the tiny wooden box into a much larger metal stroller still doesn't fit equivalent trade. ._.; So the priest stand-in has finally gotten the population there to fight against the military, eh? Meanwhile, the dude with the arm has started killing alchemists. Those are probably the best two developments so far. |
| This episode was hilarious! Roy was great to watch. Canine loyalty and mini skirts LOL That's a extreme way to discipline a dog. Scar hype! |

| I wasn't into the chibi comic relief moments and felt they took away from the intensity of the episode but otherwise solid ep. |
| It seems that Al is the weak link in this relationship, he keeps getting his feelings involved in serious matters and strays from the path towards fulfilling the task. |

They've been looking for the stone for at least 3 years, it seems like theyve been looking for it the entire time eds been a state alchemist because he made that declaration to alphonse that that was their main goal is to find the stone to help get their bodies back. Yea we only got a few episodes but there just certain events that happened in a larger swath of time I suppose. Not sure how much time passed in between them leaving home and Ed becoming the state alchemist. |

| Revisiting this series and remembered this was my favorite episode. The chemistry of Roy and Ed were fun and great. Miss this kind of thing in the the brotherhood remake, |

| From personal experience, helping animals (or even homeless people, for that matter) the most you can do is help them along their way, and hope they survive. Unless you are in a permanent place and have financial security, that sometimes means not being able to take them in. That being said, I do love Al's empathetic heart. |
