I'm not entirely sure I know what Classy means in this context, if I had to hazard a guess I'd say it's the opposite of trashy, in which case I have 3 entries
Trashy is a bit harder as I have both Citrus and Interspecies Reviewers on my list and Niether of them make my top 3.

| I'd say City Hunter fits both one of the most classy shows I've seen (women in elegant dresses attending fancy restaurant/bar/event with smooth jazz playing type vibe) and one of the most trashy at the same time (Ryo whenever he goes mokkori hunting). I'd forgotten about Panty & Stocking, one of the most unashamedly trashy shows I've ever had the pleasure to watch. Brilliant dub. |

| Most Classy - Emma: A Victorian Romance. It’s the epitome of stereotypical posh Victorian dramas. Least Classy - Anime De Training. It’s literally just suggestive shots of anime girls working out while they talk to the viewer. There is no depth, no substance, and nothing worth seeing in it. |
| Classiest is probably either Belladonna of Sadness or Angel's Egg since they're the epitome of arthouse. Least classy would have to be Violence Jack: Evil Town, which is the arguably the anime equivalent of something like A Serbian Film. Also doesn't help that looks super cheap. |

OST were so great, they actually enhances the scenes. And the most important thing the impact it had on me especially in the last few episodes. If you are fine with romance anime then i like to recommend ef a tale of memories (S1) and ef a tale of melodies (S2) There's a scene in memories where two people talk on phone and for more than 90 seconds there is a still picture in scene and it's all dialogues, that scene alone make the show classy And there are similar type of scenes done masterfully in melodies 2 times. |
