The official website of the Nokemono-tachi no Yoru (The Tale of Outcasts) television anime revealed seven additional cast and a key visual (pictured) on Monday. The anime series is scheduled to premiere in January 2023.

Cast
Diana: Risa Imayagi
Naberius: Junichi Suwabe (Kemono Jihen)
Commander of the Knights of the Sword Cross: Ryoutarou Okiayu (Bleach)
Takenami: Kentarou Kumagai (The God of High School)
Astaroth: Yuu Kobayashi (Vampire in the Garden)
Molly: Chitose Morinaga (New Game!)
Harriet: Karin Oda (Miyakawa-ke no Kuufuku)

Yasutaka Yamamoto (Mondaiji-tachi ga Isekai kara Kuru Sou Desu yo?) is helming the anime at Ashi Productions. Kenichi Yamashita (Kawaikereba Hentai demo Suki ni Natte Kuremasu ka?) is handling the series composition and penning the script with Yamamoto and Sayaka Harada (Noblesse). Mina Oosawa (Given) is designing the characters. Hiroaki Tsutsumi (Jujutsu Kaisen) and Kana Hashiguchi (Otome Game Sekai wa Mob ni Kibishii Sekai desu) are composing the music.

The anime adapts Makoto Hoshino's supernatural fantasy manga, which serialized on Weekly Shounen Sunday magazine from August 2019 to April 2021. Shogakukan collected the manga into eight volumes between November 2019 and May 2021.

Seven Seas Entertainment licensed the manga in English in August 2020 and released the fifth volume on June 28. The sixth volume is planned for a November 15 release.

Yuu Kobayashi is kinda underrated, so it's always nice to know she gets a new role.
