| The aftermath of volume 7 is nice with Ryuen being turn to new leaf but it gonna lasts? And im disappointed that 7.5 turn to 1 episode, so it is rushed. The art and animation for last episode is more polished which is nice. Overall the 2nd season is improvement than the prequel but it has its own problems that not prevalent to the prequel. The pacing this season sucked and it adapts 5 volumes which felt rushed. But the season gives us cool scenes and do it justice like episode 12. So in all good season and hyped for the sequel |

| So most of complaints are from ln readers ? i'm anime only and this ep is good imo, Kei is cute and kiyotaka is still an asshole but hope he can change in the future. Feel a bit rush at double date but can't blame them since the ep only 21mins. And the silver hair loli ( her name is arisu if i'm not mistaken ) calling kiyotaka a false genius ? So maybe she's a real genius and kiyotaka is a made one ? seem like s3 will focus on her so can't wait for now |
| Good thing Kei is doing fine. Seeing Dragon boy so humbled was also nice. Ajanokoyi is the ultimate edge lord "Its not that I cant smile, I simply deemed you unworthy of smiling for" lmao Him questioning if he will ever see humans as more than just pawns shows he maaaay be redeemed as a person in the future, there is still hope. Lets hope the next season will be better, not because this was all that bad, but because the LN readers bitching non stop and flooding the forum was obnoxious. Legitely have never seen this level of salt on MAL before, not in all my years here. |

| A very calm episode, concluding the plot of this whole season, and that ending clearly leaves a snippet of what's to come in the 3rd season. I really liked that last ending between Ayanokouji & Karuizawa, since it shows that he's still the same but at the same time he's slowly changing i guess, and him ending that scene with him considering that their relationship might change in the future, is like the biggest plus we could get from him xD A good 2S, and i can't wait for the next one! 8/10 |

| As an anime only, I thought this season was really good. I know LN readers are upset about skipped material, and you have my condolences, but I can only go off what was presented. This season was exciting and the story and characters were well done. I am really looking forward to next season. 8/10 |

| s2 > s1, straight up, more fun episodes in this one, half of the first season was trash, the second didnt waste any episode, and was super satisfying at the end unlike s1 |

| Guess we got a little downtime after the whole ordeal with class C. It's hard to feel for the characters yet though. Regardless it feels like they have revealed just enough about Ayanokouji, Horikita, Karuizawa and Kushida that there is some proper dynamic now, with a bunch of new mysterious characters relevant to the larger backstory. Wouldn't say I look forward to a new season, but will check it out when it comes out. Certainly better than season 1. |
