 Bandai Namco Pictures opened a website for an original television anime titled Birdie Wing: Golf Girls' Story on Thursday, revealing the main cast, staff, theme song artist, and a teaser visual (pictured). The anime is scheduled to premiere in 2022.Synopsis Birdie Wing: Golf Girls' Story is a youth story centering on two female golfers. Two girls, Eve and Aoi, who grew up in completely different circumstances and have different play styles, are caught up in the world of women in golf. Akari Kitou (Tonikaku Kawaii) and Asami Seto (Chihayafuru) are starring as Eve and Aoi Amawashi, respectively. Koumi Hirose (Cardcaptor Sakura ending theme) is producing the opening theme. Tooru Inoue, a professional coach at the World Junior Golf Championships Japan National Team, is supervising the anime. | So we're getting two golf anime next year lol I like the look of this one more though, the key visual gives me fantasy vibes but the girls look pretty cute but in a mature type of way and I like that Definitely gonna check this out since they got an actual golf coach to help them out with this....To me that says that this will at least be somewhat focused on the sport itself |
