| Recently finished Yu-Gi-Oh season zero, that show totally deserved a bigger budget and maybe better direction too. Surprisingly really good. Funny enough, its straight-to-VHS movie that came out a year later had the opposite problem. Animation was amazing, but story wasn't engaging. |

| GTO, it's not only the animation, but also the audio quality and sound design. I don't know what happened to the budget for the show, but that story definitely deserves like an HD restoration or something. It does give it a retro look which I can appreciate but it came out in '99, after NGE and Cowboy Bebop which have ten times better animation. |

| My ears are actually burning right now. Also people are mistaking art style with animation way too much here. Golden Kamuy for me. It has such a different story with an amazing cast of characters, but outside of important moments it suffers from a production perspective, with the CG in the series being somewhat infamous. It still does have certain scenes with actual good animation, but still it's animation has it's low points that are absolutely carried by everything else, and this makes up most of the series. |

| Basically the first 2 seasons of Kingdom. The content's amazing, the visuals in season 1 made me want to vomit a couple of times with how badly the terrible CG and terrible 2D mixed and was randomly used. |
| not going to lie but Battle Through the Heavens has terrible animation in the first season but had a nice plot if you ignore the comedy sprinkled throughout the series. |
