| It's not that popular, but it can be considered popular. I'm watching Princess Connect! Re: Dive for the 2021 Anime Challenge. I started the challenge and the anime yesterday. (challenge: find an anime where a female character is voiced by a male) Only watched it because it's on Crunchyroll and I thought it fit my tastes. Wrong. 1 episode in and when I think about watching it, I just get stressed. It's backed up by Studio DEEN, my favourite studio. It feels like a copy of Sword Art Online, how it's made like a video game, the waifus and THE MAIN CHARACTER LOOKS ALMOST EXACTLY THE SAME. In fact, I think it is. Just watch the first episode and you'll understand. I know he has amnesia, but he only speaks two words in the entire episode. They made him look like an absolute doofus. Bad enough that I feel uneasy thinking about it (or maybe it's just me forcing myself to finish animes faster). I think if I'm one episode in and have to complain this much, then I better stop watching. I don't know if it's absolutely terrible, but it has some clear problems. Huh, well that was a rant. I have lots of time for the challenge, I'll probably watch another anime that counts for the challenge. (backstory: watched like 2 minutes of SAO two years ago when my cousin introduced me to it, my brother accidentally closes the computer and I don't watch it afterwards) |

| One Piece, ReZero are the two bigger ones. MHA I am going to try eventually. One Piece because of length and I got almost 100 in before and just got really bored of it. ReZero because of Subaru, I got through season 1 but am not sure i will ever do season 2. MHA just for some reason I get bad vides from people about it and am not sure I will enjoy it. |

| Shingeki no Kyojin is probably the most notable one. Everyone has been raving about it for the last couple of years, but I found the first two seasons to be extremely average and unengaging, and I can't bring myself to rewatch them to attempt to get into the newer seasons. I also can't get into any long-running shounen, and most of those are pretty popular. |

| pretty knew to anime, and so far the only one that comes to my mind is naruto. i left it at the 10th episode and i've never picked it up since. it just isn't catching my interest. almost all of the characters are boring (kakashi is an exception), the story line isn't appealing to me nor gripping. |
