| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- This episode is pretty tense especially with how the public reactions of the people. I guess I shouldn't be too surprised by the amount of blood and violence for this episode either. Doctor in particular had to deal with her problem in her own personal way. That really, really got messy though. |

| Doctor was just horrible for what she did, but well that's a double kill for this episode, goodbye Doctor and Hoodlum. Great episode once again, the situation is extremely tense, I can't wait to see the next episode |

| Extremely tense episode. Declared your own citizen a criminal and killing them is very cruel for the government to do. RIP Hoodlum and Doctor. The doctor deserved what she did. Seeing the people worship and pray to the Shinkansen is kind of weird for me. BTW. I hope that in the next episode we will see more about Kanto and the secret behind it. |

| Hoodlum will be missed, and his last act of bravado would have made Brawler proud. Still, for how malicious and crazy Doctor was, I have to give props to Megumi Ogata for doing a fantastic job capturing how deranged, manipulative, and messed up Doctor was. |

| Doctor got what she deserved, I'm glad she died in a horrible way. I hated her with passion. I'm going to miss Hoodlum, he was a good guy. He was thinking of his brother until his last breath. |

| Huh, when I started Akudama Drive I found it pretty and entertaining. Well the latter remains but all the funny & light stuff disappeared... now it's all bloody & mysterious. Out of the 7 protagonists, 4 are now dead, 1 is missing and the last 2 took the same direction (however I have some strong death flags over Courrier's head, after his "I'll give up on my life to accomplish my job" similar line). The Executioners' Boss was a real chief during this episode, she's ready to take the strongest & extreme decisions to maintain peace. However I'm not sure the former Exexcutioner Apprentice will keep her sanity any longer, considering her now Apprentice is on the brink of death. Really thought she'd somehow fight alongside Hoodlum, Swindler & Courrier to neutralize Doctor ; turns out differently. But well, even if there are only 2 more episodes, I sincerely don't know how this will end. Kanto remains a deep mystery... |

Fuck just watched the post cred and these Kansai losers that boarded the Shinkansen all gonna die. Kanto let them get in so they could fuck these lowlifes. Maybe mass-experiment on these bloody rats. Is that Hacker's voice at the end? Yeah I think it is. Damn that dude is the final villain, he was a fucking Kanto whore all along (IS WHAT I'M ASSUMING DON'T @ ME) |

Bitch Doctor was able to stitch herself, but was caught in the stampede. That's what you get for being a traitor and killing innocent people. Brother's statement is interesting. Who are the real Akudamas? Two episodes left and they're heading to Kanto. Looks like Hacker is back. Is he the new enemy?  |

| Everything's in RAMPAGE mode...the remaining Akudama escapees, the Executioners who are thwarted by the uprising of people of Kansai in full riot. Meanwhile, Swindler and Courier with Sister trying to save the captured Brother from the hands of the Executioners (heralded by the Executioner Lady Chief) who've just turned heads against the citizens to "fight crime" for justice. WHAT A HORRIFIC MESS. On the wayside, both Hoodlum and Doctor going their separate journey seems unlinked at first. Hoodlum thinking of the dear brother Brawler, the irony of a lack of courage that ended in his untimely death. Doctor however (now as the ordinary citizen) came to finish what she started, what a creepy and shrewd criminal from start to finish, using people as she wishes for her manipulate efforts. Dying a brutal, uncensored death: that's the way of Hoodlum, I PRAISE YOU BUD for ending Doctor's life, even with the riot's trampling. Last 2 episodes to go...and the ending theories definitely don't let up. Brother's being transported to Kanto...AND HACKER'S BACK FOR WAR GAMES! |

Swindler quickly went from my favorite female protagonist this year to my most hated one. Literally couldn't get any more on my nerves even if she tried lmao I honestly really don't care about this anime anymore. I liked it way more when it was trying to be the Dead Money DLC from FNV. It's obvious they're not interested in actually developing the characters, I have no doubt Hacker is gonna come back in the next episode and will die sacrificing himself for Swindler in the same episode. IMO even Hoodlum's and Swindler's character development is weak. Hoodlum was still a coward who just went along with others and couldn't accomplish anything on his own aside from killing the Doctor, but he died too. Swindler had her moments of being a badass who no longer cared about society but now she's back to "no, killing is bad!!". I just want it to be over at this point, tbh. Anyway, Doctor's death was original and cool though, definitely made it seem like she was gonna survive but it was a neat way to kill her off. |

I was feeling for hoodlum this episode then he goes and gets yeeted like that. I'll be honest, I kinda laughed when Doctor was trying to stitch herself and got trampled on, get wrecked bitch. I'm just curios how it will look like in the OP now, cause Doctor Kinda looks the OP kinda whereas Hoodlum seems to be hunched over looking at something. |

| Did the doctor just die? Lol, I remember she was able to survive after having her head completely cut off from her body by the executioner before. Well anyway I think overall this is good episode. I am waiting for the hacker to be appear again in the next episode. |

| Each episode has a title which comes from a western thriller, psychological, or murder films. This episode was called Babel. I have never seen Babel but looking at one of the themes of Babel, it is miscommunication. I feel that could apply to this episode as Brother couldn't understand why Sister would come to her. Additionally, the radio waves about Akudama made citizens act in a chaotic and hostile way. But I am probably trying to dig too deep into this, maybe the author just likes those movie titles. What are your thoughts? |

| Finally that Fiend died Hoodlum served justice. dropped score the moment that women gave the order to turn every protester into Akudama this was a big downfall for me. last moments were satisfying though. |

| Doctor was easily one of the most despicable characters I have seen in my entire time watching anime, and even just in the show that says a lot since these are all characters with hefty prison sentences, heck I would argue she was even worse than Cutthroat, and he had the largest sentence of them all. She definitely got what was coming to her. A brilliant episode and a fitting end to a just as brilliant villain, let's see how the last few episodes go. 5/5 |

She was definitely immortal in a sense and could survive very grave injuries, but if she was crushed in a stampede, her organs were probably crushed as well which killed her. I assume she can only fix body parts and not organs lol. Still lame writing tho because as far as I remember they never really explained how she was able to stitch herself back together or how she even got her magical healing powers. |

| Thought it was Hacker who opened the doors of the Shinkansen but that post-credit scene made me rethink that. Thinking how this all started with the siblings being transported to Kanto, I guess Shinkansen brings people to Kanto to die or as experiments or whatever. Next episode has to be about Hacker, come on, it's called WarGames. I thought for a second he could be some kind of mastermind if this ends up being a simulation or something similar. I really hope he is an important character and won't just die off after his reappearance was so anticipated. In any case, he survived something he shouldn't have which flags that something is fishy. |
