So there seems to be a type of manga that I really enjoy, where the protagonist fakes his/her identity/gender so they can get close to the person they like. Some examples for what I'm talking about:

Pretty Face: protagonist gets plastic surgery that makes him look like his female love interest. He takes over the place of the love interest's long lost twin sister while keeping his true identity a secret. This allows him to form a close relationship with his love interest/"sister". (One of my favorite manga of all time).

Ookami Shounen wa Kyou mo Uso wo Kasaneru: protagonist becomes a crossdresser and befriends the girl he likes while lying about his real gender.

Futakaku Kankei: protagonist impersonates her own twin sister and starts a relationship with a girl who's in love with her sister and doesn't know about the switch. This is a yuri manga without any crossdressing but the basic idea is the same as in the first two cases: the protagonist lies about who she really is in order to get close to the person she loves. Pretty Face and Futakaku Kankei both involves identity theft (and identical twin sisters) and in all three series the protagonist is afraid that their love interest will hate them if the truth comes to light.

Somewhat similar concept: Kobayashi ga Kawai sugite Tsurai!! - two mixed-gender twin siblings switch identity. The female sibling falls in love with a guy and gets really close to him while crossplaying as her brother. It's nowhere nearly as good as the other three manga I mentioned above but it's still mildly entertaining.

So are there any other manga similar to these? I prefer more down-to-earth stories that don't involve magic or supernatural. I'm also interested in stories that aren't romance-centric but the protagonist faking his identity is a major plot point (no superhero stories tho).
Thanks in advance

Ookami Shounen wa Kyou mo Uso wo Kasaneru is pretty much the best manga that I read which follows what you describe. But here are others you might enjoy.

Boku ga Boku de Aru Tame ni.: The protagonist comes back to his childhood town during high school. He meets his childhood friend, whom he has feelings for. However, he also meets his someone with the exactly same face him who has gotten close with his childhood friend (the only difference is that the MC wears glasses). Initially, the MC and the person with the same face as him switch places for fun, and you can probably see where this is going. It's a pretty fun read.

Samurai High School: Less romance-oriented and involves supernatural. Probably not what you are looking for, but I'll still recommend it since I really loved it. Essentially, two twins (boy and girl) go to a school where boys learn fighting and girls learn cooking, cleaning, etc. However, the boy twin has more "feminine" skills, while the girl twin has more "masculine" skills. So they switch places to enter the school. Romance is not really the centre of the story, but it still has the protagonists switch genders. Maybe you'll enjoy it.

Thanks for the answer, I know it's difficult to find something that matches the criteria.
