Older anime (even ones for boys) would do that and they were such sweet little scenes with timid, shy reactions; nobody got molested and nobody got punched for said molestation. :( |

| While I get why they are there I still dislike them - bland protagonists, who not only look like some cut-out but could be replaced by one too, because of how much personality they have. Oh and the fact some anime never see any kind of release here in europe, which makes supporting the creators really difficult. |
| I share many of the pet peeves mentioned here, but a big one for me is: Overlaying the ED credits and song on top of the final scene of the episode (especially bad when it happens on the season/series finale, which is way more common than it should be). This shit is incredibly distracting and completely takes me out of the scene. I hate it so much and it surprises me that i rarely see people complain about it. |

| One of the things I dislike in any anime is a horrible protaganist. Yuji Sakai from Shakugan No Shana is one of the worst protaganist to me. Season 1 and 2 he was mostly dimwitted and docile. But in seasom 3 he was much better. Don't get me wrong I love the anime over all in fact Hecate is one of my favorite chararcters of all time |

I remember when I watched a western live action series, in the end of each episode they foreshadowed every time the cliffhanger of the next episode. Now you'll get hyped for the next episode and what you see? In the next episode it had a few minutes long recap and after that there were few extras scenes that nobody needed and once the plot kick in, the episode ended on the exact cliffhanger revealed in the previous episode. And repeat the cycle. Nope, anime aren't worse. |

| I hate that in some anime, the plot is so forced in order for it to be sad and emotional and make you cry. What i hate the most about this is that many of these anime are not even that good, you just feel theyre better because u have cried and idk i find that kinda annoying and lame (example: Angel Beats, i finished it and i didnt cry or anything but it was a cute ending but when you think about it, most of the plot and the characters feelings/reactions are so forced it actually makes the anime as a whole bad and that´s a shame(in my opinion)) |
This is why I like the fact that Oda doesn't kill off characters a lot of times,most of them being villains that Luffy fights.That means that they always have a chance to make a comeback.I understand people's frustation at his inability to kill off characters but I kind of like it.To me most of the more interesting characters tend to be the villains anyways. |

I would prefer less anime in a season with higher quality rather than a lot of anime in a season with a very wide quality range which require extra time to choose... For more specific aspect: too much fan service and too much filler episode (some are OK). |

| I find the lack of mecha anime these days really disappointing. If you want to keep pumping out isekai anime every season, fine, I don't care. Some of those actually end up being pretty good or at least decent. But come on....When will they start showing the mecha genre some love again. |

| Childish comedy that ends up destroying the anime. It's the worst thing in this medium. Bad voic-actors is pretty bad too, prince of tennis got a few of them in the first season. When some characters talks it feels like my head is going to explod. And Lazerbeam, I wish that woud not be a thing. It's not really a thing I hate, it's just stupid to make bathscenes and then put in lazerbeam everywhere to censored some parts of the body. Why not just ignor the bath scene then, who wants to watch lazerbeams covering up body parts ? |
