 It's that time of year again—Challenge time! Our volunteer community teams over at AWC and MRC have put together another exciting challenge this year to help boost those Anime/Manga List stats. A very big thank you to everyone involved with the organization and running of these year-long events, and to Rinarin for the banner above. What does it mean to participate in these challenges? You will be watching/reading one anime/manga title for each item in your challenge list, which meets the specific criteria requested. The purpose of these challenges is not only to watch/read more, but also to go beyond your standard fare. Depending on your chosen difficulty level, you will watch between 20-70 anime and read between 10-65 manga—a great way to start expanding that Manga List a little instead of it sitting empty ;) How do I join? Head over to the Sign-Up threads (linked below) and follow the directions there. After the initial rules post, we have a step-by-step How to Play instructions in both Sign-Up threads. Do I have to sign up to participate? You're welcome to take the challenge list and watch/read whichever anime/manga you like, if you don't want to play with everyone else. But signing up allows you to keep better track of your progress, compare challenge lists with other users, and gives you bragging rights with a little banner. Plus, it's an excuse to have fun in the community! So what do you think? Are you up to the challenge? |
