| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- The third episode is out on Amazon Prime. I don't trust Ryuuichirou Nomaru much but he does have certain important powers in his position. Seems the episode brings together a case that vulnerable people are targetted. Seizaki's investigation really brings a lot about his character as he looks into all his resources. |

| Just in case regarding the 3 weeks wait, yes/no: MAL Message 58476151. So first things first; It was nice to see Prime releasing the first 3 episodes. Now we had a nice beginning of the Arc that was presented and completely had the introduction. At least those with the 3-episode rule should now be aware if they like the anime and want to continue or not... It looks interesting. Curious about the woman behind it though... Also saw the Revoroot... Well, I expected as such but they still have the same animation style. Sometimes completely fluid like jelly (which is great) and sometimes just stiff (which is less great, but still better than 3DCG overal...) If you like Psycho-Pass or Zankyou no Terror, this is def. something for you. |

| Holy shit, this is getting better and better. The build up to this point has been great, in particular the reveal at the end and the directing when they used Magase Ai's different appearances along with the flashback shots gave me chills(OST added to it too) Even the first episode seems a lot better in retrospect. At first I was kinda worried because it was one of the anime I was looking forward the most to and the first episode didn't really live up to my hopes. However, releasing 3 episodes at once was a good move. Definitely hooked now and I'm looking forward to see more. Also hope they're going to go more in-depth with the moral principle aspect. I |

| watched the 3 episodes. the dilemma she brought up in episode 2 was great though. the one about hating war and liking war coexisting. I sat down and analyzed that dilemma myself and my conclusion was, and I can't believe it myself, is to indoctrinate the one liking war into pretty much "peace good, war bad". just like the certain political leaning chanting "orange man bad" basically. is the show going to be about detective investigation or moral gray areas like this? if former then I'll drop this but if latter I'll stick in. |

| At long last, when we'd thought we reached the end of the line, suddenly being sideswiped isn't an option, and that is now Seizaki is feeling now with Prof. Inaba and Fumio's deaths. What's more is politics fusing with war, for their own pleasures. DAT REVELATION when the manipulative woman whom Seizaki interrogated, they're one and the same. Magase Ai, the shapeshift female who's able to leave people in a daze. Add that with Prof Inaba's suicide drug with the 1st episode's clue of the paper with many F's drawn on it, the 1st episode in hindsight was all but a concise plan in the making. That gave me shivers and a judgement plan so chilling it froze me. The 3-episode wait is over, and it's safe to say that I'm very invested in this gory thriller series. Now we have to wait 3 weeks. |

| First 3 episodes was a 9.5/10 for me. Everything was well crafted. Direction and Cinematography is phenomenal. As a huge fan of the Mystery & Thriller genre so this is right on my alley. The moral and philosopical arguments on the show is also pretty strong. Character/facial emotions was excellent and you can clearly tell and feel each of the characters' personalities. Out of all the many new anime to come out this Fall 2019 that I've already watched, this sure comes out on top and there's no close second. |

| Ai Magase is crazy. The story and characters are being developed and it starts to be really interesting. This episode was great, it's a pity that we have to wait so many times now to see the next episode. |

| Interesting so far. Good atmosphere with the eerie music every now and then. Only Ai Magase I don't like. I fear this might turn into some story where she is just the bad evil without any further explanation - + superpower-hypnosis. If they make some more realistic plot with drugs involved for the suicide or the people actually wanting to suicide already (easier to explain hypnosis then) + some background on Ai Magase ... would be better. Still ... even if it doesn't get that good for the atmosphere could even get max 8/10 at the end for me. Mayor guy clearly was involved - and working together with Magase. (Unless she also controls him. Or he is controlling her.) Let's see how the other guy reacts ... he might have been used by the mayor guy (and maybe one of the next targets). Edit: The one supernatural thing about Ai Magase is that she actually can look pretty different. I doubt you could explain that with hypnosis if even video footage records here different looks. And the way they talked about this it probably isn't just using some different clothes and a wig. |

| Very nice turn of events at the end of the ep there. Overall enjoyed all 3 of the episodes. Animation is consistent and the art style is overall appealing to me. Really needed a detective anime as I've not watched one in a long time |

| This was amazing. Such twists in every single episode great thriller anime so far. The right to die is actually an interesting philosophical question, I'm intrigued to see how it develops from here on out. |

First episode was quite interesting, then the first twist about the conspiracy at the end of episode two and the next twist in episode three were ridiculous and over the top. | What if she Poisoned them with the Drug called Flakka or something similar to it? One Sniff of Flakka and you're basically a Zombie under someone else's control. Someone could tell you what to do while you're on it and you'd do it. You'd look natural for the most part. I hope this show doesn't go towards superpowers. it wouldn't be as interesting. |

| Initially I was hyped. After the reveal that those murders are not caused by the "big evil political/corporative conspiration" but by a shape shifting seductive manipulative Johan Liebert wannabe bitch I am underwhelmed. I can't take as seriously this show as I wanted to. It's like Psycho Pass - great idea for a dystopian sci-fi, horrible and superficiality story + implementation. (If not obvious I hated Psycho Pass and dropped it early.) By the way this show also reminds me of Mouryou no Hako. |
