That's why I guess I'll need to screenshot from now on. I know those entries were tagged ecchi when I used them. Sorry for using the form wrong. I was following the format one of my friends on here used when they did challenges here, and he didn't seem to get complaints, so it seemed fine.

These are old challenges. At the time they met the criteria. The database changes every now and then as you know. I designated Erina as my character of choice. I removed Madlax and put El Cazador de la Bruja instead (this was started and finished in March). About Da Yu Hai Tang, it did have a super power tag at the time I watched it and the same goes for Yami Shibai. It was below 6 at the time I watched it. The score has increased.

From what I've read on wiki, Ebon Candle can be accepted as a mascot. As for Dominator, it's unfortunately also a no. (I'll shamelessly copy & paste my answer when somebody asked me about the challenge):
'Inanimate objects with voices don't count as mascots automatically. They must be either alive, or at least they aren't primarily meant to be a weapon and such. So a magical wand or a speaking motorcycle like Hermes from Kino no Tabi wouldn't be considered as one.' The Dominator and Strawberry Heart wouldn't also count. 'A mascot is a (non-human) character that most likely serves as a symbolization of an anime. They must possess a level of intelligence and the ability to act and move on its own will.'
I hope that helped you a bit and didn't confuse you even more. We're aware that this challenge is a bit confusing, that's why we barely invalidate this challenge directly and ask for an explanation to why you've chosen these characters as mascots before we decide.
tl;dr Ebon Candle has been accepted as a mascot. I'll have to ask you to change Shouko Sugawara/Dominator and Strawberry Heart though. Thank you for your patience.

I'm not sure why exactly this has been crossed out in the HoF, but it's high likely that you won't be called out for this challenge again (at least for this difficulty) since it has been inspected twice now. And you've also linked to the Invalidation post, so there shouldn't be any problems anymore (:

I've asked and searched for a bit, and there have been cases where it was allowed to fix the monthlies within a short time period. So I can give you one week starting today to replace the two series, of course only if you want. If you do, just add a little note in your challenge posts that you've got the permission from an inspector and please notify me when you have watched the replacements.
