| "Given" is one of my all time favorite mangas, and honestly, I wasn't expecting the anime to be that good. I was so pleasantly surprised by it! The pacing, music, atmosphere... Everything was really well done. It totally deserves the 8+ and I hope they will adapt the rest as well. |

| Watching things for their story, direction and impact is much more important than caring about the focal sexuality of the characters. Given is a masterpiece of a show in most ways and if it was straight-centric it would be extremely popular. |
