The Mastery difficulty requires watching [number] anime on top of those 400. The exact number hasn't been determined yet ; it could be as few as 0, but the basic idea is that it'll allow to reach "basically everything available that Toei has ever produced".

If that seems nearly unachievable... well, yes. That's the point.

Anyway, I've marked both your turnins as invalid ; you're better off turning in Conquered x1 and going on from there.
