As far as I know, Psyren never got an Anime adaptation (you can quote me wrong on this however,) which is quite unfortunate being the Manga is a blast to read. Saying this, I wonder if there are other Manga which never got an Anime adaptation which you may had heard of?

ReRe Hello
House of the Sun
Horimiya (the anime is based off the original Hori-san to Miyamura-kun not this version)
Tonikaku Kawaii
Imamade Ichido mo Onnaatsukai sareta Koto ga Nai Onna Kishi wo Onnaatsukai suru Manga
Mairimashita, Senpai
Risouteki Boyfriend
Hadi Girl
Kimi wa Midara na Boku no Joou
Ohayou, Ibarahime
Tokyo Ghoul

all great manga with enough chapters for at least a 1 cour season

unfortunately, only sloppy harem romances end up getting adapted

Most of the manga produced don't get anime adaptations... Anime adaptations are meant only for the best series... Not necessary quality-wise, but those who are popular enough to have the potential for profit as animations... Well, at least that's how it was for most of the history. Now with so many studios out there, there are more chances for series that are closer to the middle as ranking to get a shot from those smaller studios who can't bet for huge titles. But even so, there are cuntless of manga that doesn't get adopted. Axed series, for example, get zero chances... Psyren was such a series. Proof that having a good story, is not enough to make it big if you do badly in rankings. Horror manga rarely gets anime. Josei manga, those who are soft-porn. Also, most of the shoujo-manga don't get anime adaptations, which is very sad, because there are some masterpieces (cough* Tayou no Ie... cough*) who would really deserve it. Also, older series... Most of the manga from the '90s and early 2000, and further in the past from that, from when there were few studios and bigger competition, didn't get adaptations, ar simply got some OVA episode or two. I will always suffer for the lack of an Angel Densetsu anime...

Just gonna add Vagabond (read it) before anybody else says it :p

Though it'd be really hard to pull off because one of the main great aspects about the manga is it's incredible art.

Vagabod is one of those who wouldn't work as anime. The manga is a piece of art, and no studio out there would be able to produce something close enough to give it justice.

Isn't the proper getting a remake? I've seen some news about a popular samurai manga getting a remake but I can't really remember the name.

Yeah, that's fucked up. Why bother trying adapting something when at the end of the day is gonna look shitty? Some questions apparently will always remain unanswered.

Doubutsu no Kuni. Come one studio Bones, i know you want to adapt this T_T

Also Kasane would be amazing. Ideally animated by Madhouse and directed by Tetsuo Araki. I could see his habit of using red and blue colours working well for a lot of scenes. His extravagant directing could make applying lipstick really crazy, like how he made writing in a notebook for Death Note.

First one that came to mind was Voynich Hotel.

I liked it if manga like Sora wa Akai Kawa no Hotori, Meteor Methuselah and Kanata kara had adaptations, but Im not to sad about it. A lot of other Action/Adventure Shoujo's had good adaptations around that time.

it apparently getting made by same studio who did berserk 2016 but director is different, the name of that series is blade of immortal. I hope they don't make it worse since I heard first adaption was incomplete.

actually Psyren was one of Jump's manga's that never got an adaptation that people keep bringing up in these sorts of convos. it even got plenty of votes in some official Jump poll for series that people would like to see adapted into anime a year back IIRC

There are many and as you have already mentioned Psyren, the others are:

Eden no ori - An interesting survival, action manga, about a class of stranded high schoolers

Machida kun - it's like sakamoto desu ga,but way better

Magico - this had a chance to become a great shounen anime

Marry grave - a beautiful story about love and longing

Mx0 - another one of the great shounen manga, which could have become a great anime but alas it got axed

Spirit circle - a highly emotional story about love, revenge, reincarnation and redemption, with a likeable cast

Taisho otome - way more cuter and innocent version of kaguya sama

The breaker - a really cool and enjoyable martial arts manhwa with baddas action scenes

Waga na umishi - a seinen manga with focus on family and salvors

Komi san - similar to kaguya sama+taisho otome, with the best female lead

There are some more but these are the ones which i want, right now

IO (a very underrated manga about a scuba diver)

Forget-me-not by Tsuruta Kenji (seriously underrated about this street wench who helped out as a detective)

Change 2!! and W Change (gangland warfare and a multipersonality wench caught in the middle of it)

Akumetsu

But to be honest, there is no way an studio would adapt it. Without spoilers, it is way too political, includes a lot of terrorism and finally, there is a lot of characters based on real life people, so... I don´t think it will ever get adapted (but if it does though, holly hell, on the right hands and from the beginning to the end...would be amazing).

Tsukihime

Being a Type-Moon fan, this will always be in my list. The VN is superb, but they could just adapt the manga and it would come up really good as well.

And there is also the mentioned 20th century boys, Vagabond, and others like All you need is kill or maybe Sun Ken Rock.

Pretty surprised no one mentioned Kitchen Princess here. That's a very good shoujo manga that I'm still surprised didn't get any kind of adaptation. Just a light novel sequel that's impossible to find anywhere cannot be the end for this story. Anime-exclusive fans who like shoujo are truly missing out.
I Am Here is a good one too, art is super cute and story is a bit cliche but heartwarming.

Some that i would love to see on screen:

Dungeon Meshi - Half cooking, half fantasy. With a good adaptation it would make for a good relaxing series about slaying monster and eating it to the fullest

Hoshi no Samidare - It's a coming of the age story that might be a hit with the audience

Vagabond should be a game (probably like Sekiro or something) or live action adaptation. I don't know it will be a good live action tho, knowing I rarely see a great Japanese live action film.

A lot also gets it weirdly late.

It was really strange how Parasyte got one two decades after it concluded suddenly when everyone had forgotten about it whilst it was actually very popular and defining when it was still ongoing.

Finished Canon God Exxaxion and it would have been a nice Mecha to adapt to anime. It is one of the few Mecha that focuses so much on human casualties, even involving the Mc who has to make some sacrifices. Unfortunately not that well developed characters.

Plenty of ecchi and sex too, even a rape scene. No wonder it was cancelled by Dark Horse, who prior to the cancellation had at least 10 pages removed, involving adult and teenage sex and nudity. At least French version published all the volumes though I am not sure if they censored anything.

Has more in common with 70s Mecha manga but I doubt an anime adaptation would make it popular with such topics.
