Manga about underground fighting were everything is recorded and transmit to internet.
Manga starts with two friends trying to commit suicide by jumping to the river.
One of friends didn't die and body of second friends was never find.
Guy who survive suicide attempt recognize his friend in video of undergrad fight and start to look at him.
To do this he became one of underground fighters.

This anime don't have tower but I think it is Hitsugi no Chaika

no not that or that chika show, i actually watched both of those recently.

i remember another part tho, there was a trap in the tower, and one of the bad guys had some weird jelly/gas monsters that shocked the group and they had to fight it.

Ok I think it's an easy one but no luck in reddit so I come to the big boys. Hopefully I got the details right.

It's about a guy and a girl, guy is adult I think girl maybe high school. It takes place in the city. I think genre like terror in resonance. My memory is telling me the cover art is he guy sitting on a scooter with a green jacket and the girl in the pic too. Something happens in the city, I think it was a false alarm missle launch or something. There was danger then nothing happened. This guy and girl don't know each other but they meet and I guess journey together?
