 The June 2019 issue of Square Enix's Shounen Gangan announced a television anime adaptation Ryousuke Asakura's ecchi supernatural comedy manga Val x Love on Saturday. Avex Entertainment simultaneously opened an official website for the anime series, revealing a teaser visual (pictured).Synopsis Akutsu Takuma wants nothing more than to be left alone, to live and study in peace. He has a terrifying face, which has prevented him from making friends and earned him the nickname "Akuma" (devil). However, he is satisfied with being alone and spending all of his time learning, hoping to become the good person his late mother saw in him. All of this changes when he gets involved with the nine Saotome girls, who are Valkyries. Takuma is called by Odin to pair with them to protect the world from demons and the threat of total destruction. The Valkyries' power comes from love, and so now he must live with them and try to become closer to them. To start with, they prioritize his intimacy with the strongest Valkyrie, Natsuki. Will he and the Saotome women be able to save the world? Square Enix published the seventh volume on Saturday. The manga has a cumulative 400,000 copies of its compiled volumes in circulation. | I don’t know, nothing about the synopsis really sold me. Guess I’ll just have to wait for now and see more info on this before coming to a decision (to pick up or ignore this). |

| I was invested till I saw the synopsis. It gives me Masou Gauken HxH vibes. And you should know what would happen if i get those vibes Hopefully, It won't be as trash as that show. Not holding my breath though. |

| I do not care about the ecchi part even if it's soft hentai (I could enjoy "qwaser" with my brain off and with the door closed), but what I can not stand is the premise about a normal high school boy who one day meets a girl who changes her life and becomes the center of the universe for all, it kills me the fact that the most irrelevant and boring of the world character is the point of interest of so many girls, which are probably characters a thousand times better than him. |
