I haven’t seen the second season (yet), but I think that it still leaves some source material unadapted. However, I think the appeal of the series is more in the individual arcs and scenarios than any over-arcing plot, so you’re not necessarily missing out on any grander story. |

Do people have any examples for I.2, Watch an alternative version or setting of something you've already seen? Not necessarily based on my list. I just found out Utau Shoujo YU-NO (from spring 2019) has an alternative setting ova from 1998...a hentai. I can't think of any other series with an alternative setting or version. Also, I.9, a series adapted from a manga with a score of 6.5 or lower. The problem here seems to be a lot of manga with those lower scores are one shots or only a few volumes with no anime adaptation. I did find a few examples and I wanted to see if anyone has more. Nobunaga-Sensei, from spring 2019, as well as corrector yui, heat guy j, Dive!! and Pupa. |

Use this https://github.com/NinjaNed/Search-Mal-By-Categories/blob/master/Anime%20By%20Source/Manga.txt you might need to click the view RAW to see the info. It will at least give you a list of anime adapting Manga. If you try to find a crappy rated anime from this list, the manga is usually equally as crappy. Like the first choice https://myanimelist.net/anime/6076/ which would meet your requirement as its manga is rated 6.13. |

Reposting a question that got lost a week ago : For the (I.29) On-Hold/Dropped, I'm considering using one of my oldest dropped shows : Fullmetal Alchemist, of which I watched 37/51 circa 2005. Obviously I can't screenshot any episode history (it's five years before I joined MAL, which doesn't have any archives before 2011 anyway). Would a screenshot of this page (with the "More" tab shown) be enough proof ? (The mid-2011 last updated date corresponds to when I rescored my whole list.) |

Since you have updated the number of episodes, that episode should be in your history as well. |

I set the number of episodes back when I joined MAL (in April 2010), and MAL has no record of episode history updates prior to April 25th, 2011. I can screenshot my currently blank history (and when I'm done, the version of it with only episodes 38-51, if that helps), but I don't know it that would be useful. |

Well, you do have the last updated, so I guess it should be fine? You could add the history ss as a precaution. |

It's more than 100 episodes. I think you can see the ova on its own). If new versions are fine: Fruits Basket - Watched the old version (2001). Dororo (New) or Dororo to Hyakkimaru (Old) - Didn't watch either but I know the new version is very popular anime adapted from a manga with a score of 6.5 or lower I start to doubt even there's anything like this. I went through all the uncommon animes and my mangas which have adaption, and all are about 6.5 points. Watch an anime that finished airing with more than 5 minutes per episode and less than 5,000 Vatican Kiseki OVA(Less then 5,000 in general: It's realted to an anime, but you can watch it. The arcs can be looked separately. It tells one story, with beginning and and end. Meine Liebe (3,982 completed) Bakumatsu (1904 completed) |

I maybe went through twenty pages and these alone are the titles I recognised, there are probably a lot more on those twenty pages alone. And mind you, the manga needs to have a score of 6.5 or lower. |

Only Pupa & Genocyber qualify ; the others have "Original", "Unknown" or "Visual Novel" as sources. My go-to suggestion for this item is Cutey Honey and its various iterations ; both the original manga and its major spin-offs (such as the source for the Re: Cutey Honey OVAs) have terrible scores on MAL. |
