And we'll count on you all forgetting about April Fools again for next year~ We have recently discovered that to be in compliance with GDPR—an EU law regarding data protection and privacy that went into effect last year—we must also apply these privacy mandates to characters. As we try to navigate the legal implications of displaying character names and images without their guardians' permission, we have hidden all character images and names in our databases. Don't despair! We plan to and will protest these authoritarian tactics to SAVE OUR CHARACTERS! What can I do to help? Step 1: Please fill out our petition below. First we must identify how many users are against this change, the most affected characters, and what we can use for negotiation tactics.
