Going by that logic then chinese "cartoons" shouldn't be in the anime database; but there is even if it doesn't have japanese dubs and it's made by chinese studios. There are some korean manhwa too published by japanese magazines. It's not so black and white imo, it's just calling the same thing (as long as it "fits" manga/anime formats) using different languages. |

There being a direct adaptation of it should especially get it on here imo. I tried the first two weeks after it began airing, it was refused because it's not made by asian artist. |
