From what i've read till now from the manga. Well, the mc in kanojo one loves his teacher but can't do anything about it one day he goes to mixer with his friends there one girl take him her home and have sex with him only to say never meet with her again or something like that after that his dad remarried and unfortunately the girl he had sex with and the teacher both become his sisters and after that a lot of drama happens and he get together with his teacher and have a lot of romantic moments and sex but they get caught and the teacher left him and leave the school that's until ch 67 because i couldn't get myself to read that fucking trash of a manga anymore I've checked some latest ch and the girl he had sex with and he becomes bf and gf and she goes to america where a new dude is in love with her and he's living again with he older sister who used to be his teacher and now wants to get together with him Now, I haven't watched or even read KNH and never plan to so maybe u can check it yourself if it's 2.0 or not. |

Exactly what I thought! - Find a distraction when the teacher doesn't wanna bang, totally Kuzu no Honkai. That's also why I don't get how this is a Shounen anime...what kind of Shounen starts with a sex scene? :D |

Yeah there is a similar part with KnH and of course if you like KnH you will love this one too, but in my opinion all MC in DG series are the real "Kuzu". They are much worst than all MC from KnH series, you will understand if you read the manga. |

Dunno, but somehow with the Drama tag and from the looks of all the pictures here this wreaks of mediocre copypasta á la Citrus, Bloom into you, After the Rain, etc.... |

Kuzu no Honkai was just a really darker story, whilst this does deal with similar themes, it's way more light hearted. If that makes sense, since both stories deal with complicated relationships. |

If someone knows similar animes, please tell me about them.. I want to drop them all at once, so that I won't encounter them sometime in the future! Of course, with respect to everyone's taste. |

As well as MC you will hate him at first and the other characters but if you continue to read the the manga, you will notice there character development and there journey... I think KnH is more worst than this I hate the ending and the boy! But I still love Hanabi... |

Takamura-sama said: I mean.. i gave knh a 9/10 loved the show and am pretty hyped about this one.. Reading the synopsis makes me feel like its kuzu no honkai 2.0 so manga readers is it? hahahahahaha Well, not so, but if there are many coincidences, because it is the same season, two years ago, to be specific in Winter Season 2017, Kuzu no Honkai premiered, and I think the same day? Rare, on the other hand the plot also follows the romantic and amorous relationships of teenagers and adults, and that's good, it's not very well seen in any society, so it's a very interesting soup ... besides that Rui looks a lot like to Hanabi ?? maybe if ... the NTR is strong in this shit ?, no, it is not, is that it could not be categorized like that because the girls suffer due to the indesicion of the protagonist, but they are also guilty, now he could stay and love one of the two sisters, to later know that your sister-in-law is her sister that you liked so much a long time ago? It is a complex love relationship and a crazy triangle of love, although in Kuzu no Honkai, that shit was a loving Heptagon, and the person that you wanted to love, didn't love you, but someone else or used you as a sexual toy because she was a fucking crazy bitch with terrible adolescent complex xD... Undoubtedly Domestic na Kanojo is a reflection of the junk desire of a lot xD In general terms, it is easier to deal with the fucking personal problems of a normal life, than with the crazy whores that you have to love, that is a True. In DnK, everybody are a Kuzu. |

Where do people get the Kuzu no Honkei comparison from? Seriously, it's like comparing Clannad to School Days. They all may be steeped in drama, but DomeKano doesn't drown in forbidden love and obscenities the way Kuzu no Honkai and School Days did. Besides, give it time and like Clannad (once they're out of high school and the story picks up), you'll see why DomeKano is one of my favorite Romance manga. |

I'm really not looking forward to that. :/ |

Trust me, I've encountered a number of these kind of shows.. all you're gonna experience is anger, frustration and depression. Do you know the feelings of seeing MC's girl gets stolen by someone else, and she likes that? The feelings of being harshly betrayed, that's what you're gonna experience if you watch this anime. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) So you're definitely right not to watch this. |

I can see why you would think that since the premise is similar, but the key difference is that the characters are completely different, so the story evolves differently from there as well despite starting similarly. I'm caught up with the manga and I like it more than I liked Kuzu no Honkai, but I guess it's up to personal taste. While not perfect I can mostly understand what's going on in the character's head in Domestic na Kanojo! And for what it's worth, it looks like the Japanese audience agrees with me since Kuzu stopped at 47 chapters, while DomeKano is still ongoing at over 200 chapters ; and the MAL user-base also gave it a higher score. I'm just a bit worried about where they'll stop their adaptation though, I'd love it if they could adapt around 120 chapters to stop in a satisfying place, but I really doubt it, since that would be at least 2-cour (I'm not too knowledgeable about the chapter-to-episode ratio of adaptations to be honest maybe that'd even be 3-cour in which case I can keep dreaming lol). |

Okay, now I've actually read the whole thing, there are some people I want to quote and correct, but you: SharafDan said: Wow! I also thought so! Kuzu no Honkai and DomeKano may have some similarities in the summary, but they're completely different in the feeling they project. If there's too much soap opera drama in DomeKano for you, then fine. Feel free to not watch it. But it will annoy me to see people crapping on DomeKano simply because Kuzu no Honkai was bad to them. Kuzu no Honkai was bad to me, too. But the manga for DomeKano has become one of my favorite Romance manga period. I do have doubts about the anime since it's soap opera drama or whatever you want to call it up until around chapter 100. I doubt the anime will get to or adapt the manga's good qualities. But as a fan of the manga, I am still looking forward to it. As I said before, comparing DomeKano to Kuzu no Honkai is like comparing Clannad to School Days. The former has drama but still has some comedy and is light in comparison to the latter, which has drama and shitty characters pouring out of it's very soul. I would recommend watching at least episodes 1 and 2 to get the idea and feel of DomeKano. I'm not confident you'll like it, so you don't have to. But I at least want you to realise just how different this is to Kuzu no Honkai, so please try it. |

I currently need some sugar, I need a sweet heartwarming romance story! Yes, thank you, I will give it a shot too when it airs :) If this really is good, I must say that the summary really does not do it justice, though. I don't mind romantic drama, but the summary hints at such an unrealistic plot. Like: "Rui asks Natsuo to sneak out with her and do her a favor. her request is for him to have sex with her. There's no love behind the act; she just wants to learn from the experience. Natsuo hesitantly agrees. he ends up with a new pair of stepsisters his new siblings are none other than Hina and Rui! Now living with both the teacher he loves and the girl with whom he had his "first time," Natsuo finds himself in an unexpected love triangle The summary is not very flattering. All these circumstances leading people both ending up in bed and ending up living together seems a little bit unrealistic, kind of like the plot in porn, with a pizza delivery guy and a sex mansion. Anyway, it is probably stupid of me to review a summary. Better wait until the show is out :) I'd just like to know: it sounds like a combination of Kuzu no honkai with the substitution of the real love for the teacher with a classmate, and Citrus where everyone somehow ends up living together. Both of those shows had a lot of scenes with aggressive groping without buildup of reluctant people (like NTR) too. Are there such scenes in Domestic kanojo? |

Since you seem to be wondering about the same thing, I'll answer both of you at once! One night stands are not that rare, but it's true that one night stands with your unknown future stepsister which happens to also be the little sister of your crush is slightly more far fetched, I'll give you that ^^ That's a premise you'll have to accept to enjoy the show though. I got over it pretty fast actually but I guess some people can be bugged by it... It's a love triangle with sex involved, so I can see why the question about NTR is asked. I'll answer in a spoiler tag in case anyone browsing the thread doesn't want to know. Obviously emotionally there are some complicated feelings since it's a love triangle, but if we're talking about sex our main character is faithful when committed to a relationship and isn't cheated on either. |

Hey,been reading that thing for 2 year maybe? thing like that and I'm happy that new people are interessted in with that anime Need to talk about 2/3 thing Don't worry, no signe of True NTR for all chap I read, some tips iin the last one but nothing more But you have some 'Half NTR' depend on how you think NTR is, When Chara sleep with other Chara Ex/Romantic Interest and all (If you have already read GE:Good Ending, you get some similar thing, but less NTRed in DnK) Also, isn't a FLOWER LOVE AND BEAUTIFULL love story. You have a lot of HearthWarwing thing, but some hard comment, bad and naughty thing (In all way possible) and all. And all MC do stupid thing. But that why I love it, it's pretty Realistic by the fact that almost everytbody Fckup at some point |

I must admit that I am very curious about the adaptation that Diomedea can do, on the one hand it is very interesting the plot, but at the same time I knowing its pesimas adaptations on everything! I'm scared! Even so the manga is a tangle of love and heartbreak, and I fear that Diomedea does not know how to deal with a romantic and dramatic plot of that size! By the way, the official pic of February of the magazine Megami Magazine came out! beautiful, delicious and very tempting 💓💓👌 |

This feels a lot like KnH to me, and I have very exited! I loved KnH, and can't wait to see how this goes! |

The synopsis really sounds like that. Let me watch my "kinda awful and broken people getting romantically involved and destroy each other's life while loving each other"-drama when it's finished. I grew fond of that tbh. |

It was like Kuzu no honkai X kissxsis. It was an everlasting drama you must accept it.because if you want full romance it will give you distasteful experience. Romance is like the gear that moving the drama. But it was not as bad as kuzu no honkai where the love is so bad because the show want to give the dark side of romance. Domestic Kanojo is presented the love priblem that resolve between Natsuo with Hina and Rui and how it move him to adulthood. The Condition is they was dont know the true of each other relationship. Until some point it will unveiled. |

moumon-sama said: No. ------------------- It really goes down to your taste/preferences. I personally dropped KnH just after watching EP1 and reading CH1-5; I dont like it. DomeXKano is different for me and I enjoyed every chapter of it, cant speak for the anime tho its not even out yet bois. Same KnH is too dark and make me hate each character. But DnK is different the story is well balanced because it was more like the drama life of natsuo his romance with Hina and Rui, relationship with his friend and the novelist theme. Heck even i think it was based some real life experience of love to adulthood. |
