| idk, from the ones I've seen (and dropped) I'd probably have to pick Citrus or Jashin-chan. The former for romaniticizing rape which always makes me cringe and the latter for just being among the shittiest slapstick comedies I've ever seen. Then there's Beatless, Devils Line and Nil Admirari no Tenbin which all left a pretty 'meh as fuck' impression on me, without having as specific a reason for me to dislike them as the first two. Or maybe I've just forgotten since I don't care about these shows and generally don't spend much time thinking about the shitty ones I drop. Too many good shows to focus on every season :> |

| Would be a tie between Lord of Vermillion and Basilisk 2. Both were awful, but I think Basilisk would win, since Lord of Vermilion at least was funny (for all the wrong reasons) at times and didn't ruined any good original project like Basilisk 2 did. Tokyo Ghoul:re's second season is a solid candidate too. If we include movies/OVAs, then the final entry of Digimon tri would be another close contender for the title. |

If it's a good ecchi series, it'd get some recognition. The problem is it's not even a good ecchi , and the art looks awful, and the whole show is just darn right boring that make it an universally agreed worst show. |

| Certainly a personal opinion, but Caligula, Grancrest Senki, Overlord II, and Steins;Gate 0 have been the worst anime this year for me. |

| If I didn’t find a lot of ironic enjoyment, I’d say Master of Ragnarok is the worst show I’ve seen from this year overall, but I did, so I must point to a show I hate that has even worse writing (but actually passable visuals for the most part), that being Darling in the FranXX. |
