Pretty much.

This is only its 3rd week, and they usually last 5 or 6 weeks on the weekly rankings. The previous volume's 3rd week was 10.7k vs 14.7k for this one, but that had a considerably longer first week than this volume did. The volume before that got 17.7k in its 3rd week, having had a day less in the first week than this one.

Overlord II and III were mainly animated by Korea, I doubt that would be the case with Mahouka since it's produced by Aniplex.

All the evidence suggests Mushoku Tensei does relatively better in ebook format than physical. Unfortunately we don't have figures for those, though.

Also bear in mind that it, like most other new volumes out in the covered week, came out towards the end of the week so will likely get a relatively large week 2.

It's its 3rd week - this isn't Friends Daibouken-hen! which dropped out after its 4th week (the same as the first week for this volume)

Hidan no Aria was last in the top 10 in w/c 28th May - the second week of the last volume. Said volume was 2nd in its first week.

@Snow - Hidan no Aria should be volume 29, not volume 24.
