The MC of Shinmai Maou is 100 times more cooler and badass than Isekai Smartphone's MC, so it's sad to see it selling so lower than Smartphone. Well it could be like the last volume came out on April 1 of Shinmai Maou no Testament and the ranking closed on April 1 was only the sales of that day maybe next week have more sales, from the following days to April 1 |

Hope they will announce the second season by the OVA For a nice adaptation, without cutting anything too important. Volumes 10 - 15 (arc 4) would need at least 18 episodes to adapt. Since the volumes are about 40 pages longer each than arc 3s volumes, and there isn't as much stuff that they can cut out effectively as arc 3s content. Arc 5 might end up being 4 volumes (16 - 19), but I really don't want them to cram that all into 24 episodes. 30 - 36 episodes would do nice though. |
