 It was announced at the Million Arthur series stage event on Wednesday that Square Enix's upcoming cellphone game Hangyakusei Million Arthur will be receiving a TV anime in 2018. The main staff and cast members have also been announced. In addition, it's also been revealed that the anime will broadcast for two cours. The cellphone game was released in China this month but not yet in Japan. The Million Arthur series has previously received anime adaptations. Jakusansei Million Arthur was streamed on the Square Enix YouTube channel from November 2015 to January 2017 with three specials. Opening movies for Kakusansei Million Arthur and Kairikusei Million Arthur were also available when both games were released. | The staff look really questionable and cellphone game adaptations tend to face a number of noticeable issues. I don't notice a PV either, so I can't really say anything about how the story or any of the characters. I guess I'll pass on this, no reason to tie me down. |
| I think its safe to assume that OPM2 will come in 2019. JC Staff has 4 anime this spring and 3 more this summer lol. I think they were working on these titles way before they took OPM over in their hands. |
