Note: This time I tried to search if there's already broadcast in China like the db indicated as of now, but there is not any.

Also it seems like Gin no Guardian 2nd Season broadcast in Japan will cut short because both broadcast on the same timeslot at same channel.

I dropped it. I don’t know why, I think the plot plus the fanservice are things I didn’t like. I love yaoi, fanservice and stuff, but... I dunno. Something looks wrong, I can’t watch it ‘till the end.

Gin no Guardian 2nd Season already aired in China right after season 1. It looks like they will make the 12 remaining episodes (13 min each) into 6 full length episodes.

Technically yes. It's a 23 episodes ONA airing from 03/31/2017 to 09/15/2017. With the first episode being 23 min and the rest being 13 min per episode. The first 11 episodes were aired as Japanese season 1.

Oh? This is a surprise. I found the anime pretty average and needed a little more. Looks like we are getting that little more. But it's about Tanmoku's past, so I guess we're backtracking instead...

@Jyzal Wait, please let me confirm. Is that information for Gin no Guardian or Ling Qi? I saw the db for Ling Qi, which it says 20 ONA eps. And because Gin no Guardian db here lists Japan broadcast, I didn't know there's original Chinese ver. (and I don't see the information to China broadcast/streaming via Chinese Wiki either).

I'm talking about Gin no Guardian. Ling Qi 2nd Season hasn't aired or even announced the airing date in China yet. I'm guessing it's going to air at the same time as in Japan.
Sorry if I didn't make it clear.

Chinese cartoon getting sequel because Chinese people support it,thus it gain profit while other Japanese anime don't get sequel because they don't gain profit due to illegal download/streaming.

But Chinese cartoon is pirated as well, and Japanese anime is supported by Japanese people.

As long as Chinese people watch it in legal mean, pirated or not is not important. Chinese people just need to boycott pirated site. Anime is niche market in Japan.

Despite the fact that Asian culture is usually much more patriarchal than European or American, it is not characterized by homophobia and other prejudices of this kind. If you are about this.

This type of news about BL anime's are always great news for all the comunity who loves yaoi and BL anime's but in this case this shonen-ai have all the ingredients comedy are really comic and the romance it's presents in a cute and sweet way episode after other episode.Besides the argument is very entertaining and keeps at the spectator interested to know more. I mean it's not just a typical shonen-ai loves story's that turns at time in a usual and borring romance without spectative about the history behind the relation-ship. Even so, a second season it's fantastic and now I can not wait to see it! Definily I love it!

Thank you. I wasn't able to find this on the database, and I was searching under Ling Qi and Spiritpact and Yomi no Chigiri. I might have missed something, but I couldn't see how it would be linked to the first series, either.
