 The seventh issue of this year's Kodansha's Weekly Shounen Magazine has announced on Wednesday that the manga Real Account will get a live-action movie adaptation. More information will be revealed on later issues of the magazine as well as a special website.Okushou pens the manga with illustrations drawn by Shizumu Watanabe. It has begun its serialization in Kodansha's Monthly Shounen Magazine since January 2014 until it was transferred into a weekly-issuing magazine a year after. The manga has received 17 compiled volumes, with the 18th to ship on January 17. Kodansha Comics USA has been publishing the manga in English for print and digital release since March 22, 2016. It's definitely not as bad as OG. Cringey at times, but you sometimes find yourself caring about the characters - they're not as dumb as OG ones. And they find ways to fight for their lives. | Real Account felt more like a popcorn entertainment type of manga with a mediocre story for me. It might still get an anime someday but I honestly don't care much about it if it did. |

| Lol this was the announcement I saw a few days ago? Disappointed, though then again, it is ridiculous to think that the manga could even be adapted into an anime. The first part is only 10 chapters and the second part can't be stopped in the middle to make a 12 episodes unless it gets butchered with anime original ending. |
