| Well, the shows that I liked this year were: Winter: KonoSuba S2, Kobayashi's Dragon Maid, Little Witch Academia and ACCA. Spring: Boku no Hero S2, Re:Creators, Zero kara Hajimeru Mahou no Sho, SnB: Virgin Soul and Saekano S2. Summer: Kakegurui, Made in Abyss, Tsurezure Children and Ballroom e Youkoso. Fall:Mahoutsukai no Yome, Shokugeki no Souma S3, Inuyashiki, Juuni Taisen, Kekkai Sensen S2, Garo: Vanishing Line, Shoujo Shuumatsu Ryokou and Just Because. Going on this, I have the most favorites in the Fall season, so I go for the fall season being the best season. The best show of the year is not really as easy. The best show per season: Winter: ACCA Spring: Boku no Hero Academia S2 Summer: Ballroom e Youkoso Fall: Shokugeki no Souma S3 Narrowing it down for best show of the year based on those 4, my favorite show of the year is Ballroom e Youkoso. |

| Excluding Spring (which honestly is the worst season of airing anime I ever followed to my preferences), I enjoyed all the other seasons, but looks like Fall is shaping to be the winner. From each season I gave an 8/10 or higher to: Winter (5): Gabriel DropOut, KonoSuba S2, Demi-chan, Kuzu no Honkai, Rakugo S2. Spring ("2"): Attack on Titan S2, technically Boku no Hero S2 (which I started to really like in the second cour, it was a 7/10 at this point) Summer (3): Made in Abyss, New Game S2, Tsurezure Children. Fall (8): Blend S, Houseki no Kuni, Net-juu no Susume, Shokugeki S3, Inuyashiki, Umaru S2, Kino no Tabi. Washio Sumi (and hyped as fuck for Yuuki Yuuna S2) |

| Without taking sequels into account.. Winter Kuzu no Honkai and Gabriel Dropout were the only shows I really liked, that said, I've missed quite the big shots of this season like Maid Dragon and Little Witch Academia. Spring had some pretty great shows like Oushitsu Kyoushi Heine,Re:Creators,Sakurada Reset and Renai Bokun,but the stand out shows for me were Sakura Quest and Tsuki ga Kirei.Overall a nice season and definitelybetter than Winter. Summer probably my favorite one,plenty of good shows like Tsurezure Children,Princess Princess Principal,Nana Maru San Batsu,Shoukoku no Altair, Isekai no Shokudou and Hajimete no Gal, then we got amazing ones like Made in Abyss,Ballroom and Aho Girl(best comedy ever). Fall When it comes to the sequels it's easily the best season. Aside from them it's still pretty good. Mahoutsukai no Yome, Girls Last Tour, Children of the Whales and Inuyashiki are 1A and Garo, Konohana Kitan aren't too bad either. So yeah, overall a nice year,but Summer is taking the crown for me. |

| It has to be the Fall, since it's the season with the best animes so far (in my opinion, of course). Summer had Owarimonogatari 2, however, so it still deserves a shout-out, even though, apart of that one and Made in Abyss, it was just an okay season. |

| Spring - Summer and fall are great. Winter was weaker than other season I say spring is best because it has attack on titan 2 Winter 2018 will be way better than winter 2017. Overlord II, Nanatsu no Taizai 2, Fate/Extra, Darling in the FranXX and many other. Probably best winter in last 5 years |

Hints of MahoYome, the sequels of Ao no Exorcist, Kizumono, a Boku no Hero special. And if that was not enough, Youjo Senki got me entertained, generating questions about life, death, God... | Fall>Summer>Spring>Winter Summer had a lot of below 7 anime that weren't even half bad. Winter 2017 was probably the weakest for me, no standouts whatsoever and I didn't even give a single 8 on any of the shows that aired that season. Fall has Love Live Sunshin, 3-gatsu no Lion continuations (auto 9), Kekkai Sensen, Osomatsu, Just Because(I actually like this more than Tsuki ga Kirei :/) and a lot more |
