| Haven’t watched the series yet, but the movie itself doesn’t reveal anything special aside from showing which character likes/is hooked up with who. I’ll watch the first episode now and see for myself then give you a clear answer. Edit: Yep, it holds its ground as stand-alone series. |

| As this anime will be adapting Hatsukoi no Ehon and Tokyo Summer Session (based on the trailer), in my opinion you need to watch the other movies. (at least the Zutto Mae Kara) (It doesn't show in Ep 1 that you need to watch the said movie) Tokyo Summer Session is set after the events of Haruki x Miou, Souta x Akari and Yuu x Natsuki. So I think you need to watch them, or maybe not because they may change the anime resulting to Tokyo Summer Session adaptation only for Haruki x Miou, which is I DON'T WANT TO HAPPEN. |

| Probably not. But I haven't watched the others myself. I guess no one can make a proper judgement call until this one is finished airing (or there's a reference). |

| I'm not sure about the relations between all the anime adaptations (including movies) and the original HoneyWorks album (which there are drama cd tracks and if I remember correctly slideshow / not-really-animated (I don't know how to describe it) pvs), but I personally think the two movies serve as the informative anime to this TV anime special (not really related / connected story-wise, I feel, from watching first ep. so far) especially the first movie. Therefore, I think it is optional to watch the movies prior to this TV special. |

| Yes u can! Ive only watched the first movie n quite a few MVs but that was a while back (1 year ago?) Forgotten all the couples & backstories but I still understood what was happening throughout the show :V Also if u havent watched anything honeyworks related b4 watching the anime, its totally fine since the stories in the MVs are also included in the anime |
