Madarame from Genshiken. Nearly the entire cast from Saraiya Goyou have deadfish eyes and they look great. As for unique eyes I'd say Mayuri, Kurisu and Suzuha from Steins;Gate, although I'm basing that more on the visual novel than the anime, Luna from Casshern Sins, Cheza from Wolf's Rain, and Gennosuke from Basilisk. |

I might not be understanding what OP means by dead fish eyes, but that term makes me think of characters like Kimihito (Darling) from Monster Musume who is often seen with blank eyes. With some of the antics of the girls, can't say as I blame him for looking a bit dead inside. |
