Not entirely.
I only held off from doing the same koz I assumed we'd get to a point in which most, if not all would claim during this phase.
Realistically.... only Mafia should have a reason to decline when I've announced my target publicly ahead of the night phase.

This is something to wait for due to a couple reasons at this stage:
Gwendo might be trying to reek of vengeful or something.
^Could see some EoP aborts from scum if that's the case.

Abu is technically in at 3 votes weight and that could also be a way out come EoP.
