| @theray888: History only works when you specify Started and Completed Date for each anime, otherwise it has no data to base that graph on. From what the page says, about two thirds of your anime do not have those dates specified. |
| In Favorites on Favorite types for my tv part of the pie chart it has 300 n its been saying 300 for it for like a month now n I've completed about 10+ anime that are tv type n it & it hasn't changed from 300 |
| @Mr_Perv_: I checked your list and you have exactly 300 TV anime, excluding the Plan to Watch category. Note that the Favorites section of the graph includes anime from the following categories: Watching, Completed, On-Hold, Dropped; thus if the ones you completed were already in the other categories, it's normal that there is no change. |

| Hey everyone, I have a problem with an achievement. Talking about the achievement called "Gettin' your keys on!" or higher. The prerequisite of the achievement is that you have seen at least 27 episodes of an anime that is in the genre music. The problem is that I actually watched 99 episodes from the music genre. Here's a list: K-On! K-On! Movie K-On!! Love Live! School Idol Project Love Live! School Idol Project 2nd Season Love Live! Sunshine!! SoniAni: Super Sonico The Animation Hope someone can help me out! |

| @a_guirre: it's due to some overlapping specials, the Gintama franchise is connected to about 50 other entries. It will be fixed via the Banned Franchise Coupling. |

| Something strange is going on in Graph.Anime.Plus. Tons of different anime and manga entries have "merged" together into one single franchise. As for my manga stats, every single manga I have all been "merged" together into just one franchise. What could have happened? |
| According to http://graph.anime.plus/s/globals it started rebuilding the database about 12 hours ago. But this may take 5 to 7 days to complete. Maybe this was caused by an error :( |
| @Half_Bl00d: I would just like to remind you that the "Franchises" and "Recommended" are still not showing the anime that are related via the "Other" section. Example: For the Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon franchise, it will show this combined with Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon: Valentine, Soshite Onsen! - Amari Kitai Shinaide Kudasai as it is attached as a "sequel" but won't show Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon Specials as it is attached as "Other". |

| @Half_Bl00d: Just looked at that. So the reason is that their mainly for crossovers? That seems like a valid reason for "Characters" section (i.e Carnival Phantasm as it relates to the Fate Franchise), but it doesn't seem like a valid argument for Other section. But what do I know. There is probably a lot more behind-the scene stuff then I realize. I really appreciate this site as it puts my list in graph form so thank you. |

I'm having a slight problem. Whenever i hit "Refresh", i get hit with an absurdly high number. And then it doesn't refresh the page, and when i click the button, it just gives me an even higher number. |

| @SHINOBI-03: MALgraph was not "their", it was made by users, who finally dropped the project due to the lack of time to maintain it. This one is exactly the same, just picked up by someone else. And there is no "alternative", given that any other one would still be a third-party app and would not work. |
| What the official MAL could use is adapting the history system and show the completion by month or year instead of history by just the latest episodes up till three weeks. |
