| And do so it begins... Finally decided to see what all the fuss was about. I like it, the dub is excellent as well. |
| So I've finally decided to hop on and start this biig show. The first episode requires us to learn about spirits, souls, afterlife, soul reaper, soul society, wholes and hollows as well as introducing two of the main characters and an event leading to their fateful 'bond'. Tis important to grasp the foundation of the plot in this first episode. Very interesting, looking forward to seeing how things develop. The OP and ED don't catch me though |

| Really great first episode, it surprised me a lot - my expectations about the anime were kind of... different, I guess? There are some quite interesting bits of this anime. I'm looking forward to more of it. But after all these years wondering about this anime's name(yeah, I've heard a lot for Bleach, and I know this and that about it), but I guess that Ichigo is the "Bleach"? I mean, when he sucked Rukia's shinigami power, her clothes turned white :0 I wonder if this is a good guessing... |

| So much nostalgia! I made the right decision in deciding to re-watch Bleach. Ichigo and Rukia ftw ^^ Re-watching it is even better than a first watch. You already know all the characters and you catch things you wouldn't be able to catch the first time. This is so good, it feels like cheating ^^ Definitely going up to the end of Soul Society, maybe more! |

| I've always been pretty negligent with Bleach, because hey - it has like 500 episodes (exaggeration) and i don't have time to get into such a huge show. Also, I'm one of the people that thinks "Popular = Suck" and Bleach is definitely popular, almost annoyingly so along with Naruto and One Piece (not a fan of either) So i decided to go against all the negativity surrounding this show, forget the hype and simply just sit down and watch it... Let me just say WOW. I can totally understand why it's so popular! The art, the premise, the humor and the characters are all pretty outstanding, especially for a long running shounen anime. If the show can keep up this level of quality, i could potentially see myself watching the rest of the show... It may take years but hey it seems pretty awesome so why not? I'm already digging the odd "buddy cop" like relationship between the shinigami and Itchiko. Seems like it's gonna be a lot of fun! Plus i always dig truly bad ass female characters, which in anime is pretty rare at the moment... (at least without it being forced.) |

| This is the 3rd or 4th time I have seen the first episode but didnt post about it because I wasnt on here yet but here I am now I do like this episode alot good on the action and on the starting of the story I am hoping that it turns out as good as my sisters says it is she has seen it all I havent yet but give it time will get done but will continue this series. |

| Bleach was my second anime ever, and now I'm re-watching the series for about the fourth or fifth time. I sort of wish that they'd remake the first episodes so they're better quality, but oh the nostalgia. Love this show. |
| I watched some of Bleach years ago when it was on TV over here but not much, usually just little bits of episodes because of the time it was on and they never showed half of it over here. I may have seen the first episode though or some, some of it seemed familiar. I thought I'd finally watch (I was going to watch Naruto and One Piece which I also saw some of years ago but now I'm not sure) and it was a really great first episode! Ichigo is awesome and so is the art and he does look older than 15 lol. He's hot <3 |

| I'm gonna go ahead and give this a try. I remember watching this first episode when it first aired on Adult Swim way, way back... wish I would have just kept up with it then! Hahah. Anyways, it's a decent episode. :) Ichigo meets Rukia and gets some cool powerz. ~ I'll just try to watch an episode or two a day. Who knows. |
| Finally got around to starting this, been excited to! The episode was pretty good, and Ichigo seems pretty awesome. I can't believe he's only 15 years old! Watching the dub, had to since my favorite voice actress Meghan Hollingshead is playing Rangiku and after watching some clips on youtube of her I can already tell I'm gonna love her. Can't wait till she appears. :3 |
| Pretty good episode, I thought it was pretty funny when Rukia thought that Ichigo wasn't there and he kicked her in the face xD. Also Ichigo was pretty badass at the end of the episode when he killed that hollow. Post #6 |

| This was so funny. I'm familiar with Bleach. I watched the first 52 episodes before but this episode in particular I only watched pieces of it. I can say this is the first time I watch it and it's better than I thought. First episodes tend to be boring at times |

| tbh i was a little wtf at this episode. i remember it being better... but it's not to say that it's a bad one, it's just that i wasn't enough to catch my attention. i'm still giving bleach a try, though. i only watched like three episodes many many years ago and somehow didn't follow through. let's see if i like it. |
