  Welcome to the land of Hyrule in this unique, dual-faction, strategy-based, forum game. This game was developed by Hime, the creator of X-Men Mafia and Doughkey the creator of Fate/stay Night Mafia, Fire Emblem Mafia and co-creator of Ultimate Anime Showdown 2. Hyrule Hysteria has borrowed many elements of gameplay from Fire Emblem but with a Legend of Zelda theme and has been fit to be played easily in a forum setting. I would like to thank Cody, SoulEaterQueen and Zymf for their help reviewing and balancing this initial mess of a game. I hope all of our players enjoy the game and feel free to critique it as it is a first of it's kind and may lead to more games of the same concept if it is well received~. Day 1 - The Legend of Slammin' and Jammin' In the land of Hyrule, there has been trouble of darkness that walks the land that wants to destroy light and hope from humanity. Link and his friends decided to set out on their journey to find these shadows in the dark to defeat and save the Hyrule lands once for all, But, there are still evil that hides in the mist and another party is secretly have their own agenda to claim of their own. Link- Hey, lets head to Zora’s Domain to ask around if they have noticed or know any clues to where we should start stocking up on supplies and knowing the strategies of when we face our main opponent. Zelda- That is fine, but still be careful, we have no idea if they are lurking in the shadows during the day. Be cautious and wary at the same time. If for sure you know where an enemy is at please do not go ahead. Groose- Dude, i live in the danger side and i will not be sidetracked of this silly quest to find who we need to defeat, we just have to defeat and outsmart which is simple since we use brawn than stupid brains. Lets go dude, on ward to fame! Link’s group decides to scout and look for clues, while the other groups have different in mind for their agenda. Actions: A quiet night. Time until Day 2 Host Comments Welcome to Hyrule Hysteria. If your team has not finalized where each member should spawn, do so during this phase. Once you have decided where all players will spawn you may move your units and use abilities. We may potentially see some combat in the neutral territory by next phase change~. And remember that each player is responsible for their character, the leader is only a safety net for inactivity and as a means to speed up the game through the use of 'Commence'. Finally, Hime will update the OP with all player roles shortly. Day 2 - I Cia what you did there Meanwhile, in the shadowy plains of Ganon's lair. Gannondorf is playing safety to defeat Link's friends and his main rival to be able to total destruction of Hyrule that can become his land of darkness and chaos. Gannondorf-Zant, you know that its close to set our trap to capture one of Link's friend and kill one by one, unless we destroy from inside out? Zant-My lord, we still must be cautious, we could continue to use our spies to locate them from the shadows and find out what their are going to do next. But still we need to make sure our full power is stronger then theres and outwit them. Majora Mask - Indeed sire, but we must be careful and strategize the outmost before we make our move. We still not sure who might be watching. Gannon's group still debating and waiting patiently to find where Link's friend will make their move while they try to find who from another party is out there waiting for them. Back to Link's group from a long rest and searching from answers Impa-My lady, Zelda, we must move to another location before the enemy gets to figure out what we are planning, we must travel through the Hyrule fields and camp out in secrets of the trees. Midna-I still think we should travel to Karkariko villege because that we can travel to the hyrule castle and then the other side. But we should still be mindful and think of our fighting strategies and techinques, but that is up to you Link, and Zelda. Just remember dont use your head like Groose... Groose-Whoa, hey now. that is how i think. sometimes, my way is better and it can catch the enemy by surprise then thinking aimlessly, but whatever, i still think should ask the others of their opinions are at, but i will just go and explore outside. Actions: Great Deku Tree 2. Zelda and 1. Cia initiate combat. Zelda takes 10 damage, Cia takes 30 damage. Result: Zelda 90/100, Cia 70/100. 3. Groose and 1. Cia intiate combat. Groose takes 30 damage, Cia takes 10 damage. Result: Groose: 70/100, Cia 60/100. 1. Lana and 1. Cia initiate combat. Lana takes 10 damage, Cia takes 30 damage. Result: Lana 140/150, Cia 30/100. 4. Impa and 1. Cia initiate combat. Impa takes 20 damage. Cia takes 20 damage. Result: Impa 80/100, Cia 10/100 Groose heals himself and all allies in the Great Deku Tree for 5 HP. Result: Zelda 95/100, Groos 75/100, Lana 145/150, Impa 85/100 Gerudo Fortress Midna attacks Ganondorf at Gerudo Fortress from Hyrule Field for 10 damage. Result: Ganondorf 190/200. Ghirahim heals Ganondorf with his passive for 5 HP. | Day 3 - Your Groose is Cooked After the intense battle that happen at the Great Deku Tree, the Villos and Heros have healed up and starts to plan their next actions. Groose- Hot dang, that was a close fight. welp that is what i get to go out and fight the enemy on my own and then heal you guyz. get a grip! we gotta defeat those villos. Midna- Whoa there i did my part and at least bought down some health from the leader. If you want to plan out the straightforward battle then be my guess but i think we should at least take out the strongest or better yet.. find the skullie or twin to fight with us to kill most of their members off? Link should we commence on this attack or think of another strategy? Link- Mmm. you have a good point Midna, but still we still have no idea where those two are at? do we have ideas or maybe where they are at? But still we still need to move around and take pieces of health from the villos. Quickly head to our next area! Meanwhile after a more sucessful battle from Link's Team, Gannondorf needs to get his act together and find out what is the best way to beat his rival. Link's Sister- Oh my dearling brother, what shall i do to you? i still want to play with you big brother? Mmm i have something special in mind.. *giggles with slight murderous eyes* I will find you and then maybe see what we should play with? Dark Link also made some snide remark about Ganondorf being an old fool. Actions Navi from Hyrule Field doubles all damage Groose deals at Lake Hylia Link uses ability of unlimited tanking and tank everything, including their feelings at Hyrule Field Great Fairy from Great Deku Tree heals Groose at Lake Hylia for 10HP. Result: Groose 85/100. Midna from Great Deku Tree uses ability to attack all enemies at Lake Hylia for 20HP. Result: Ganondorf 175/200, Majora 80/100, Dark Link 80/100, Zant 80/100 Groose uses ability to to attack all enemies on the same space as him. 1. Ganondorf and 1. Lana initiate combat. Ganondorf takes 20 damage, Lana takes 20 damage. Result: Ganondorf 155/200, Lana 130/150. 2. Majora and 2. Groose initiate combat. Majora takes 60 damage, Groose takes 10 damage. Result: Majora 20/100, Groose 75/100 3. Dark Link initiates combat with 3. Zelda. Dark Link takes 30 damage, Zelda takes 10 damage. Result: Dark Link 50/100, Zelda 85/100. 4. Zant initiates combat with 1. Lana. Zant takes 30 damage, Lana takes 10 damage. Result: Zant 50/100, Lana 120/150. Groose attacks Ganondorf for 40 damage. Result: Ganondorf 115/200. Groose attacks Dark Link for 20 damage. Result: Dark Link 30/100. Groose attacks Zant for 60 damage. Result: Zant rekt/100. Zymf/Zant has been eliminated Groose heals all allies on the same space as him for 5 HP. Result: Lana 125/150, Groose 80/100, Zelda 90/100. A mutiny has occurred! Astros/Dark Link overthrew LucianRoyy/Ganondorf as the leader of Ganons Demise. Mishukax has replaced Lamb. Time until Day 4 Host Comments Groose is my favorite character in LoZ c: |
