 Our tale takes place in the small village of Hinamizawa. This is your typical small traditional village in the mountains. People here lead a simple quiet life far away from the distractions of the outside world, like most villages of this sort they believe highly in tradition and honor and take pride in their village. They also have a lot of superstitions, and fear of local gods so they often hold festivals to show respect to them. On the night in question one such festival was taking place the Watanagashi Festival which was the most important. On this night the air was heavy and people present felt a sense of dread but were not sure why. Their fears soon became reality however, when a scream broke the festivity, and was the signal that far worse was to come. How many will survive this nightmare, and what is the cause of this all will become clear in time.  Disclaimer: This game may contain spoilers MINOR from the series; the story will be written for this game. Characters and themes from the series are used for flavour purposes only. Please do not spoil content from the series at any point during the game.  This is a closed set up, full reveal upon death, bastard elements will not be revealed until End of Game. This is role madness, so balance is not guaranteed. This game contains bastard elements. This means that the game may contain, but not guaranteed, the following: lies in role PMs, unrevealed hiddens - no hints would be provided, game changing mechanics, and modifiers such as voteless/suicidal. This Game also utilises a majority lynch and a plurality lynch system. Majority Lynch system means that half the players and +1 must vote to achieve a lynch lock, votes cannot change and the lynch has been decided. The phase will end immediately. If a Majority Lynch is not achieved by the deadline, a plurality lynch (majority votes decides the lynch) will be used to decide the lynch. Day 1 will involve a no lynch if votes are tied. Day 2 and later will use RNG to decide the lynch between tied votes. Town Win Conditions: Town wins once all anti town factions are removed from the game. Mafia Win Conditions: The mafia team will win if they have more voting power then the town, unless something can effect the outcome Third Party win Conditions:??? | This show -- I've tried to sit down adn watch it twice. Both times I got like 5 minutes in and then had to like go something else and just never got around to watching it again. Weird story. Seems like something I might enjoy, I like spooky stuff normally. Might hit up an ep or two tonight. Another thing to note is that I've never pplayed a game with any of you guys, so this should be interesting. :3 |

All they could remember is that last night was the Watanagashi Festival the most important time of year. As they left their homes they went to the temple as if drawn by some sort of spirit outside the temple all of the stalls and decorations were still set up. It was like the place had been frozen in time. They was a cold damp air and a unfamiliar scent made them all sick to thier stomach. They all decided to investigate the scent which led them into the temple as they entered the temple a scene of true horror met them they was a body hung in the middle of the temple with its neck cut and blood dripping into a dish. It looked like the scene of a cult ritual. On the floor written in blood a message read " A ancient ritual has began one of you will die each night, until the quota is met, or the creators among you are slain." The Villagers looked around themselves with no memory of their past, all they could remember is some set skills which could be useful. They knew what was needed it was a game of kill or be killed, they decided the best way to do this was democracy to vote on who among them should die. They knew it was a sick choice but they had little option. So with that the sun hits it peak and a tale of horror began.
