 It was announced that girl band project BanG Dream will get a TV anime for 2017. BanG Dream is described as a "girl band project that links character and real life." The first single Yes! BanG_Dream! was released on February 24, 2016, which sold 1,625 copies in first week. The second single STAR BEAT! ~Hoshi no Kodou~ will be released on August 3, 2016. A live performance with the seiyuu was held on April 24, 2016. A manga adaptation is also serialized in Monthly Bushiroad with the title BanG Dream!: Star Beat.Synopsis Kasumi Toyama felt a fateful meeting with a star-shaped guitar in a pawnshop one day. There are four girls who, like Kasumi, have a dream of looking for a place that can spark them. | pls, geez, don't compare this to k-on. it's on a different level than k-on. k-on is way better than this. the only thing i can see in that pv is only one; "cute" that's all. nothing cool, nothing feels nice with the song unlike k-on. but that doesn't mean a bad thing. i just don't like it because that's not what i want to see in band especially girls. k-on/ HTT is a perfect example for a girl band. not only cute, heck i don't even see it as a cute girls playing guitar,etc, all i can see was cool looking girl playing guitat,etc as a band. there is cute stuff in it but it more cooler rather than being cute. tho, i will watch this series but i don't think i can give a 9 or 8 score. let's just see who stupidly will be making this series.... instead of this, why not kyoani make a short series of k-on about what happen after they all graduate and what happen to azusa since the manga has a little continuation of it. |
