When he starts to use his powers, the spectral wings appear on his back. When he is Wolfram, his wings are angelic and Adelheit's demonic. The wings demonstrate amount of his energy, as he is F-ranked from the start, his wings are small and can grow larger when he become stronger in future. Next are bolts, he can make about 10 from one wing, totally 20, he can shoot them on enemies,they do piercing damage. He is focused on attacking, but his final move is that he can cover himself with wings as shield when he knows that strong attack is being delivered on him, but also this is his final move, because after that he loses all his energy. Then they learned the truth about his disorder. After some time, the boy started to called one of his self Wolfram and the other Adelheit. As he was afraid of himself, the parents wanted to help him and took him to hospital as they thought, they can treat his son. There Wolfram Adelheit had a rough times, he was so extraordinary, that the specialists started to make experiments on him. One night, when he was around 16, he switched to Adelheit who went crazy and killed the staff. When the Wolfram came to himself, he was alone in forest covered all in blood and decided to join Mirai High as he hoped, they will teach him how to handle his powers. I hope it is ok this time :) |

I assume the 2 post cooldown comes into affect after the three posts of controlling a familiar and not at the start. You need to provide a picture, or at least a detailed description of their appearance. The Personality is incomplete too. |

| @nikodra A power that work for both offense and defense is usually over powered, considering it has no notable flaw, and is always practical to use. I mean, it's not impossible to pull off, but the limitations on it have to be rather severe. You haven't anything up really, since only like 5% of character ever get approved without any revision. This is just par for the course. |

| @Meliaman Lower the strength to 1.5 times stronger to keep it consistent with other F rank powers. Remove the bit about newer corpses being much stronger since that's just situational power at the liberty of the RPer. Abide to those and it's perfect. @nikodra What do you mean by "he uses energy from [his wings]"? As it stands his power is effectively making a blade with no special properties whatsoever. I feel like I'm missing something. |

If using the wings as a shield instantly depletes any of his remaining energy, then I will allow it. Also what are the bolts for? You never mentioned anything about a crossbow? Does he just throw them? |

I recommend that you create a new power rather than use the one posted. 3 and 4 won't be allowed due to the far distance and the telepathy. 2 probably won't help you in any form and 1 shadows just move in light with the person so it isn't destroyed. The bio first off is short and doesn't really fit with the theme of a school. So that should be changed as well. Is your character a vampire of some sort. The sharp nails and fangs are a bit weird and the fact that they can grow into claws is an added ability that isn't really accepted |

Volume and surface area are extremely hard, if not impossible to track in a forum RP. (( he also has replaced a part of his bones by a reinforced organic alloy which makes them nearly unbreakable however they can still be dislocated )) So, he's also invulnerable? Even when dislocated, an unbreakable bone means that it would withstand any attack, meaning that he could use his arm to block anything. |

| @nikodra I've stated my stance on the wing shield. It's either all his energy, or nothing. The difference being that using all his energy to block an attack would serve to prevent a potentially lethal attack from landing, and afterwards he would be left unable to fight (a means of defeat where your character won't sustain terrible wounds). Just using up a "large amount" of energy would mean he could portential block an attack and then retaliate. This would contradicts the fundamentally offensive nature of his power. Do you see what I mean? |

If he has no supernatural power, he wouldn't be allowed in a school designed to train supernatural abilities. Approving your character would violate the fundamental purpose of the RP setting. In summary, he can't not have a power. No, mental disorders are not special abilities. |

| @Kiiii- well we can nerf the hardening to only 2 that won't really make a diference to me since i don't usualy use it ( so basicaly it do nothing to his defense ) and since it is an offensive ablity as much as it is a defensive one ( i need tones of money for that tho ) if you want we can delete the localised reinforcement and only make it a generalized one also as for the twenty liter drawback, i'm always mesuring just how much volume something has (for exemple the entirety of your skin is around 10 liter) and no he's not invulnerable ( i know that would be OP XP) because his flesh can still be affected ( he's weak to shock, bullets, knifes ...) i mean what's the point of bones if you can't move them so no he can't block anything |

Bio: Manami comes from a rich and happy family. One day, while she was playing with her brother doing some pretend air-bending(magic thingy) she finds herself holding something solid in her hand but all she could see was...air. She looked at his brother, confused with what the heck was going on, she threw that solid thing at the potted plant and the pot broke, hearing the crash(?) of the pot, her parents came running. Manami and her brother explained everything to their parents. Afraid the government will hear this piece of news, their family advisor mentioned a school called "Mirai High" but her parents were afraid to put their daughter away at a very young age. Manami smiled,"I'll be okay, I'm 14 now" The whole family were shocked to finally see her smile after such a long time. They cherished her smile in their hearts and they bid their Manami farewell. It took a year to get to Mirai High so by the time she reached the school, she turned 15 (I couldn't think of a good bio and was running short on words :P) |

Power Explanation:Az is a cryomancer,that means he can control ice.With this power he can freeze things by touching them or,if he concentrates really hard,create icicles.These icicles are really weak and are more of a distraction than anything.His real power lies in his touch.He can freeze objects pretty fast(depends on size),but when it comes to living lifeforms it takes a lot more effort to do anything.(Small objects:Instantaneous Medium objects:2 posts Large objects:4 posts Very large:7 posts) His power can not "kill" anything.He isn't nearly that powerful.In the best case scenario,if he has constant physical contact with his target,can knock the target out(15 posts).His power,however can slow the target down heavily. This comes with a cost,his body can't take the extremely low temperature concentrated on his arms when he uses the powers and if he pushes himself too hard his hands will literally freeze.Thus he can only use his power constantly for a very limited amount of time(20 posts).His body heats up pretty quickly(10 posts if he really pushes limit) but this depends on how long he uses his power. We can't have you spamming the hell out of razor wind. It is also highly recommended that you get a weapon. @CalmCall He can freeze objects almost instantly,but when it comes to living lifeforms it takes a lot more effort to do anything. No, I don't think your character should be able to freeze a car in the same amount of time as freezing a pencil. Now comes the real problem. He experiences extreme pain due to the freezing and his body can't take the extremely low temperature concentrated on his arms when he uses the powers and if he pushes himself too hard his hands will literally freeze.Thus he can only use his power constantly for aprox. 50min-1h.His body heats up pretty quickly.His arms take about 30 minutes to return to their original temperature when he really pushes his limits.This depends on how long he uses his power.
His power,however can slow the target down and make it hard for the target to concentrate. I accept the movement speed reduction, but the mental effect of the spell could be labeled as OP, if not a violation of the rules, as the spell forcibly changes the mental state of the enemy. |

Recouerr said: @Kiiii- well we can nerf the hardening to only 2 that won't really make a diference to me since i don't usualy use it ( so basicaly it do nothing to his defense ) and since it is an offensive ablity as much as it is a defensive one ( i need tones of money for that tho ) if you want we can delete the localised reinforcement and only make it a generalized one also as for the twenty liter drawback, i'm always mesuring just how much volume something has (for exemple the entirety of your skin is around 10 liter) and no he's not invulnerable ( i know that would be OP XP) because his flesh can still be affected ( he's weak to shock, bullets, knifes ...) i mean what's the point of bones if you can't move them so no he can't block anything
