I had to go out so I stopped at that point. I remember reading the summary saying it goes either a few months or a few years in the future and I THINK people are living underground now but the kid and his 2 friends go up to the surface but there not supposed to. I think it said theres some government conspiracy going on and technology no longer works. Its NOT Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 nor is it Akira |

| Okay guys, really need your help on this one. I saw the scene in a youtube video, it was called something like "top 10 best anime punches" but I can't find it anymore. Info might not be 100% accurate, but here's what I think I remember. There's 2 guys facing each other, dude 1 says something along the line of "Looks like they brought their big gun" and dude 2 replies "I'm not the big gun", then the camera focuses on a girl (I think she had a police uniform) who was next/behind dude 1 and she says "I am", then her hands lights up on fire and she punches the dude, I don't remember a lot after that but I know it was way over the top with the punch creating a bunch of explosions and shit. |
